This pharmacy has screwed up my prescriptions every single time I pick them up every month for almost a year straight now. The assistants and pharmacist has serious incompetency issues In this pharmacy department at Walgreens on 597 Washington Ave. in Bellevue, NJ They don’t know how to count prescriptions properly. We had to call corporate five times and they’re still unable to fix the issues of filling prescriptions accurately and giving us honest information over the phone about the prescription being filled accurately. It’s only a matter of time until this Walgreens kills somebody…

If I can give them a half of star or less I would! I called the pharmacy and they basically kept me on hold and would take me off hold just to put me on hold again!! I later called the store and when I explained to her that they kept taking my call only to place me on hold. She said “They are probably very busy, they are short staffed because of COVID” then placed me on hold yet again!!!! Poor very poor service.

After being put on hold w the pharmacy for 15 mins, they disconnected me w/o ever answering. It's easier to go to CVS.

This Pharmacy is so very busy today!! Yet they are all so very very professional and helpful. I tip my cap to the young lady with “ The Ink” always pleasant and helpful. Thank you Walgreens for caring about our country during this pandemic! Walgreens rules!! And even now as we are trying to be “ Normal” these folks are always kind professional and very fast. Thank you Kegan and Nathan for the exceptional customer service. 2 well rounded employees who deserve to be recognized. This location is clean and well organized. My issue was in the photo department, however, my item was re-printed and again I cannot thank Nathan enough for understanding my frustration. While some staff members need an attitude check, it isn't the case for all of them. I could definitely see myself returning to this location as this was my first time there.

I love this Walgreen's! Staff here are very courteous specially the manager Sharon she assisted me with exchanging a defect selfie go stick. I live closer to the other Walgreen's on Washington but I rather take the drive to this one. I like the setting more, its a lot cleaner and the people here are real cool!
