Super slow check out and after waiting for 25 minutes tried to send me somewhere else for a order pick up when no one was even there. You definitely need a lot of time to shop or pick up here

Bad and rude customer service. One of their staffs hung up on me just because I asked for help with their defective glove (their brand). I understand that it passed exchange time but just asked if they have any other department I can talk to but didn’t get a chance to finish my sentence she said ‘no we don’t good bye’….This a second time with their defects products. Nordstromrack next door and much better

Kind of slow service. Return counter takes forever. I don't know if that was because of difficult customers or just slow employees. They were friendly though. I wasn't able to return my item, but that was likely my fault. Overall, maybe have more than 1 person working the return counter. That's it for my experience, it was minimal.

I shop here pretty often and find some really great deals on high brands here! The shoe/ purse/ other accessories stock doesn’t get updated as often as their clothing (and can be quite limited). The sale section could be better in terms of pricing ( ex: their leftover gift sets from Christmas are only like 40% off of the original price). Everything is spaced out well and organization of the store makes shopping easy. With Covid- it seems like they’re always short staffed with (usually) only one person working the front... Staff is not very warm or particularly friendly. Overall, it is a good place to shop but there’s many areas where it could be improved.

The dresses look nice but once you actually wear them, the fit isn't very good no matter your body type. The service is pretty good. We shopped there and forgot our reciept and the next day came to return slme clothes and the cashier was nice enough to save the receipt. Store not worth the money although it has decent sales. The service is very nice.

I was impressed overall with the place. It was huge and to my delight had the clothing organized based on designer. It is much easier to find something here if it is something specific that you are looking for. I was very impressed with their shoe selection and left with a pair of Michael Kors flats and a pair of Steve Madden slip on sneakers. Nice! Very happy camper here.

Opened less than a year ago. Good selections of brand name. Always enjoy shopping here. Best of all, you can buy online, and return in this store (if you are not satisfied with your purchase).
