I would give this location no stars if possible. When I checked my tracking info for a package earlier, it directed me to go to this location for pick up. When I checked their webpage earlier in the day, it wouldn’t show any hours or load properly, so I went to get my item after work. When I got there, I went up to the door only to find that they closed at 6:30. AFTER I got home, the webpage for this location worked and displayed the correct hours. Funny how that only happened after I called and complained. We paid over $100 for express shipping, but now I have to call off a job I just started to sit at home and pray you show up in the expected time a lot. FedEx, you have managed to ruin our week spectacularly once again. Also, this package was supposed to be a surprise for me as it is my ENGAGEMENT RING. So thanks for also ruining that surprise.

Usually sufficient, except when it counted. Just had 2 deliveries scheduled for the same day (7/1/2022). The dog food arrived on our doorstep. The $13K insurance settlement check went to a neighbor on another street. Thankfully, the neighbor delivered it to us. "Checking with your neighbors in a block radius" should not have to be a solution to misplaced mailings.

I give this location 0 stars, they delivered my package to the wrong address. I contacted customer service, and after waiting a week I was told "my claim was denied and have to contact the shipping company in regards to my package". Keep in mind I paid for two day shipping. I will not be using your service ever again and will make sure my family and friends will the same.

It's nice to have this drop-off location in the area. I take packages here on a regular basis. The staff has always done a good job for me and the packages have ended up where they need to go. My only complaint would be that the parking spots are small. Way too small.

This is probably the most unreliable FedEx facility I've experienced. Whenever I see that my package has to bounce through this facility it's a roll of the dice over whether it will be delivered or an "operational delay" will occur (which apparently is code for "put on the wrong truck"). One time the only resolution was to bounce through support operators and escalations until I got the facility on the phone. They literally put the package on the wrong truck day after day after day after day until I called and they basically said "oh yeah they shouldn't have been doing that"

Don't use this,completely unreliable. The tracking also bad, you better use other mail services. I have waiting for my phone more than 10 days, guess what the status says it will be delivered tomorrow before 6 then , the day after the status changed to delayed, then rescheduled again for the next day ,on and on ; I called the costumer service they answered tomorrow and tomorrow , , yeaahhhhhhh probably the FedEx hay days is ended soon.

I currently have a package sitting at this facility. It was suppose to be delivered last week and it still says delayed! I wonder if they just sit there all day and not deliver. These workers are lazy, unreliable, and irresponsible. They are always late to deliver and this facility is why I will never use FedEx again. All packages get stuck here for WEEKS. Pray and hope your package doesn't enter this facility, because it will never come out.

FedEx is a JOKE....Every order states a shipping arrival date and each and every time its delayed. this last wonderful experience I order two items that made it from station to station at the same exact time and date but, now one is out for delivery and the other shows operational delay....NO someone dint do their job and missed putting on the truck.....I will ALWAY pay whatever extra cost to have items shipped anyway BUT, FedEx
