Submitted a hold mail request for 6/13/22-6/25/22 because of vacation. On the form I checked the please deliver held mail box for 6/27/22. On 6/27/22 I received the mail request form in my mailbox but no mail. I called the office and no one picked up the phone; instead they disconnected me. Yesterday I saw the carrier and asked about my held mail. He said he knew nothing about it. I have no idea what they did with my mail which should have included time sensitive notices, bills and a package. Their negligence will cause me doubtless late fee payments and other financial headaches. This has never happened in the past for hold mail requests. I am very upset.

You wanna know why the USPS is failing? Visit this office and you'll find out why. The sign on the door that shows the hours that they're open says Sat 9:00 a m. to 1:00 p.m. Nope. Doors are locked. I sent a perishable package to AZ a few weeks ago and the woman behind the counter assured me that it would be there in two days. Nope. A week and a half later, the person I sent it to texted me pics of the destroyed items inside. The USPS is managed by third world mentality troglodytes and it will be AWESOME when it finally goes under forever. If you can't run a business, then you deserve to be put out of it.

I live 10 minutes up the road from this place.. doesnt make my mail arrive any faster! In fact, Sometimes I dont get my mail until 8pm!! My mail man NEVER RINGS OR KNOCKS when its a package. Cant even talk to a live employee on the phone anymore with their automated phone system! Their employees are lacking in commonsense, compassion, & soap! Their online text message notifications aren’t working anymore because every time a package get delivered It never alerts me. Even after choosing the options of: delivery updates, packages delivered, and available “pick up”, It does NONE OF THE 3! Honestly if it were up to me.. these packages from overseas would be mailed via FedEx!!

Can’t ever get anyone on the phone. Just had a mail woman almost run me off the road and gave me the finger. Would love to report to a supervisor if someone would answer the damn phone.

Normally they're quick and efficient, but today I get in and had to wait in line while no one was even at the front desk. Guy in front of me said he rang the bell and said "she said she'd be here" but it had been nearly 10 minutes prior. Then, he rang it again and it still took her a minute or two to come up. I just wanted to pick up my mail and I'm not sure why she wasn't at her post.

Mail carrier in my development did not pick up my out going mail for almost a week walked right by flag up and ALL idk never had that problem in any place i lived!!!! # do your job

I cant speak for the mail carriers (mine has always taken my mail and delivered in timely fashion). But the service at this post office is great. When I first moved to the area the woman (wish I could remember her name) was great and so helpful. I think she went out of her way to make sure I knew stuff about the area. It was a nice experience.

they are horrible I had a letter in my mailbox all week nobody ever came by to pick it up getting mail sent back that should be delivered post office says no such address funny it has been delivered for 3 months now all of a sudden the address doesn't work? they don't care and don't listen worthless!!!!!!

Boudwin Ave: Mailman hasn't delivered my mail in a week!!! There's NOTHING blocking my mailbox there's no reason for this!! Trying to find a phone number to report him as this is a COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS JERK and not one phone number is working. Complete bull crap.

today I know it is snowing, I did my bills had them in my mail box by nine o'clock, red flag up, and again at 1543 chichester ave, they put the new mail in right on top of my out going mail, I wish you would let me know if the rules have changed and you don't pick up mail because I can't count how many times the mail man has did this
