Nothing but issues since October,2020. I have packages held at the post office when I did not request a hold. I have mail (some of it certified) that never gets delivered. But the junk mail always makes it to my box. The postal system is seriously broken and we can thank DeJoy for the hot mess he created.

I am surprised by all the negative reviews... my experiences at this post office have been generally positive over the years. For a little while we had a mail carrier who was a little inconsistent but that has largely been resolved and may have just been a training issue. Counter service for mailing out packages has always been good for me here.

Please explain to me why I can’t talk to an actual person from this or any other postal service? The USPS has become so incompetent that they should close every single office throughout the US! Get Amazon to deliver our mail, I guarantee that it won’t take anywhere near as long to get a package and at least we wouldn’t have to pay a government pension for all of their employees.

Maskless workers during a global pandemic. Utterly unconscionable. Ignorant and selfish. Masks are not a political issue or violation of your civil rights, as one postal worker rudely stated. Also, the mail carrier, Mary, is completely incompetent. Our mail is either lost or delivered to the incorrect address more often than it is delivered correctly. Maybe get off your cell phone and discontinue speaking to neighbors while you’re placing mail in the boxes? I have never had so many negligent issues than with the Hellertown Post Office. The only competent worker is Bob. He is friendly, diligent, and works tirelessly to resolve the careless mistakes committed by all the other postal workers.

I have had a package sitting in the post office for 9 days now and it still has not shipped. When I went there the other day to ask about it, I was not treated very cordially. In fact the old lady at the counter was annoyed that I asked about it. With so many people working in the back, how hard is it to ship out a package that was intended to be delivered days earlier? This delay is true for several other packages. I also want to add that I find it is unacceptable that the postal workers inside of the post office DO NOT WEAR MASKS!

There were two women working the counter. One had a mask below her nose, and the other had no mask at all. There is glass covering a small portion of the counter, but A HUGE gap between the wall and the glass would easily let any virus aerosols pass through. I understand some people can't wear masks for medical reasons, but in that case those people should be reassigned to tasks that ARE NOT public facing. Absolutely reckless. Will never come here again, I will happily drive to a further away location to avoid giving my family coronavirus.

loses mail and takes longer than it should to ship. i was mailing to Tennessee and it took two weeks for some reason. $10 shipping for a small package. it wasn't even express shipping.

Went to the post office and spoke to post master by the name of James Moore and didn't write a report. Went back to talk to him of mail I didn't receive, and he didn't even want to come and talk to me. Refuse to come out to listen to my complain. They don't care what happened to your mail. This need to be resolved.

Postal Office really needs to get it together, recieving someone else's mail with a completely different address. My packages should have been delivered today, out for delivery at 8:00 AM and at 6:02 I get a text that I requested to have the package held. Really?! When was this?! Very irregular service. I've had packages laying on the road and packages delivered to our porch which they said they wouldn't do. We've lost Christmas gifts that we're stolen after being delivered to the wrong house. They used to rubberband packages to the mail box door until they broke it off. Then they gave me a violation notice because the mail box had no door!! Today I tracked an eBay package that they have apparently been holding for 5 days. I received no notice that they had a delivery for me (not the first time for that either). I can never reach their office by phone, just an annoying recording. Some competent and nice people work there, but there are numbskulls, too.
