CVS
I try to be patient and understanding, but I am amazed at how bad my experiences here have been for the last few months. Like many other reviewers have said, every single time I go to this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, they are "closed". I say "closed" because there are actually staff present in the pharmacy, but they refuse to serve customers. Here is just one of many recent frustrating visits to the Hellertown CVS: They recently reduced the pharmacy hours to 10am-6pm, so today I went at 1:30pm to pick up. Even though there were two staff members behind the counter, they refused to serve me, saying that they were going on lunch. I don't understand why they wouldn't take staggered breaks, so that one person could mind the counter while the other went on break, and vice versa. This was the only time during their limited business hours that I will be available for the next two days to pick up my prescriptions. I think it is unreasonable to run a business this way, and it makes it very difficult for me to run such a simple errand as picking up medications. I will be investigating other options in the area and will try to take my business elsewhere after this rude, frustrating, and unprofessional experience. ~Nora

GIANT Pharmacy
Knowledgeable staff, pharmacist always available and they have always had my medicine in stock (on time.) ~JIll
Starbucks
The ladies are really personable and nice but the one male that works here is dull and unprofessional, always complaining about his job and telling customers personal problems. I had a conversation with young lady who was also waiting for her drink and she agreed that it made her uncomfortable Get rid of the people who clearly don't like their job it's bad for business ~Dennis
AT&T Store
Went into the store to switch over phone plans from Verizon. The store wasn’t busy & I got help from the store associate Tommy. He helped me pick the best phone plan & phone for me. I was indecisive about which color iPhone 13 I wanted. He helped me wire it down to 2 colors and I ended up going with the pink one. Also he helped me navigate the phone… I was used to using the iPhone SE 2nd gen that still had the home button. He was a very kind & helpful employee. ~Apryl
U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
I got ova charge $5.00 @ u-haul. So the cashier told me wen I pic up the trailer $10.00 wud b taken of the bill well that did not happen ~Mz.
United States Postal Service
I am surprised by all the negative reviews... my experiences at this post office have been generally positive over the years. For a little while we had a mail carrier who was a little inconsistent but that has largely been resolved and may have just been a training issue. Counter service for mailing out packages has always been good for me here. ~Nora
Subway
I didn't even want to give this 1/2 star. In all three people were working there. The one that waited on me was not wearing a mask. To show me the wraps to choose from, he held one of them near his face. His co workers, were wearing their masks. My sandwich preparer not wearing a mask did bother me, but I didn't say anything as since the others were wearing theirs. This made me feel that they would of course tell him to mask up. He started my wrap and then passed it off another employee to finish the sub. But the exposure had happen. Since there were other customers behind me, I ended up purchasing it, even though feeling uneasy about it. I thought that perhaps I was worrying too much. However by the time I came home and after discussing with with a few people, I couldn't trust eating it and threw it out. Perhaps in hind sight I should of asked him to put a mask on, and start over with a new wrap etc., Still his co workers wore their masks and he should of known better. So this became a bad experience, a waste of my money, and now I don't see myself eating at Subway for a long time. ~Marcia
Feasta Pizza
Pizza is good, but don't show up an hour before closing and expect to sit down to eat. You'll get turned away. Apparently they don't want to serve anyone an HOUR before they close. Never dealt with anything like that before. Pretty sure making a pizza and 4 people eating takes less than 1 hour. Would have been gone before closing. ~John
Giant Food Stores
Staff is amazing, always kind and ready ti help when it’s needed. The building is in a good place. Right next to the Dollar Tree, which is always good for last minute birthday cards. Parking lot is big, but when it’s busy there’s almost nowhere to park. Kinda inconvenient but it’s okay. It can get really crowded, and there isn’t much space to wait in line. Four people can wait in line before the line hits the isle. There’s only ever 3-4 registers open at a time, so I highly recommend going when it’s not busy. ~Mio
