This is a big Giant grocery store. Lots of different things in this store. Their own make of multi grain panini bread is always fresh and good. Other Giants carry it to but they never have it.

Getting more frustrated with choices offered. It just seems to me, that everything has been streamlined. Seems to be that it doesn't matter where you shop, all the products are the same. Our choices are being taken away.

I placed an order to Giant Direct here yesterday, which is something I don't normally do, but I currently can't shop for myself as I'm quarantining with COVID and don't want to risk infecting others. There was some confusion with my order, as I was informed that a lot of the items were out of stock and the system went down yesterday, but the employee who delivered the groceries to my car was very helpful and offered everything she could to make it up to me! It seemed that she was the only one working in the department as well, so I really do appreciate her taking the time to check for alternative items and wish I could thank her more. When I called later about a refund for the items I couldn't pick up, the customer service agent I spoke with was very polite and checked right away for me to see if he could get my order. Unfortunately at the time, the system was still down, but he told me what I could do the next day, which I didn't end up having to do because the refund for the items I didn't receive was issued in full by the end of the night! While a bit disappointed about lack of products, I know that the employees themselves can't do anything about that and I'm very grateful for how quickly and professionally it was handled! Thank you, Giant Direct Hellertown!

Staff is amazing, always kind and ready ti help when it’s needed. The building is in a good place. Right next to the Dollar Tree, which is always good for last minute birthday cards. Parking lot is big, but when it’s busy there’s almost nowhere to park. Kinda inconvenient but it’s okay. It can get really crowded, and there isn’t much space to wait in line. Four people can wait in line before the line hits the isle. There’s only ever 3-4 registers open at a time, so I highly recommend going when it’s not busy.

Giant is barely passable for a grocery store but the only one in town. Not complaining about COVID related empty shelves, that's everywhere, Giant was always mediocre at best. This one is more well organized than other Giants in this general area.

Great shopping supermarket. Big variety and have an inside Starbucks and alcohol beverage section off to the side. My 5yr old granddaughter especially loves the mini size carts fir customers in training!☺

Service for pickup is very good, and when there is an issue, Management staff are very responsive and good at handling it. In general, overall good and receptive levels of customer support.

We shop here weekly and truly like your store. Lately it seems that most of the staff walks around aimlessly when there are things on the floor in produce, empty shelves and only 3 register lanes open. My biggest concern as of late has been the cashiers. In the past we've always had a great experience but the past two visits our items were thrown down the belt so fast that our carbonated drinks almost exploded, produce was dented and they were just not friendly. Almost too much in a rush to get back on their phone.

Usually have no issue with this Giant, they have most the items that I’m looking for and the staff is friendly. I tried Giant Direct for the first time today and they were so close to 5 stars (after ordering quite a bit of produce that turned out fine!) until I pulled out these grapes that look like they’ve been picked over and about to mold. I will still be returning to this Giant, but I won’t be ordering grapes again from Giant Direct. I’m slightly disappointed in my first order.
