Went into the store to switch over phone plans from Verizon. The store wasn’t busy & I got help from the store associate Tommy. He helped me pick the best phone plan & phone for me. I was indecisive about which color iPhone 13 I wanted. He helped me wire it down to 2 colors and I ended up going with the pink one. Also he helped me navigate the phone… I was used to using the iPhone SE 2nd gen that still had the home button. He was a very kind & helpful employee.

Tried to solve my billing problem on the phone. No results after three hours. No one seemed to know what to do, Went to ATT Hellertown, PA, and fortunately for me, a friendly gentleman named “Mo” was on duty. He solved my problem in 5 min. We love the manger he is being always so good to us we travel a distance to go to this particular branch because of him , he takes so much time and solves all our problems, his name is Moe, he is great , I have been to other branches were the customers service is really bad and have two closer branches from my house that I wouldn’t even go to because of bad service NOT this one

Thank you guys! Devonte and Jordan helped me and my 3 daughters move from T-Mobile with our phones. Very easy and they were jokesters. Ask for them if you stop in. Thanks for the laughs guys!

Was told all Cellphones are soon going to 5G so everyone needs to check that they're current phone is compliant. Luckily Salesman was with a Customer & there were 2 Women ahead of us. We opted to return the next day instead of waiting at least 90 minutes. Called AT&T main numbers when we got home. They are out dating 3G and below. If your phone is 4G you're fine. They checked his model #... it's 4G. Somebody is ripping off the Customers!!! Trying to make their sales numbers look good... I don't like those sales tactics & will not deal with that Man in the future as he lost my trust.

I went into Att last night with no clue I’m what phone I wanted or if I was even going to get one the same day. Jordan, a young man with glasses was so helpful!!! He went above and beyond and his customer service is amazing along with his knowledge on iPhones and the att company itself! There was a very RUDE man who came in AFTER I came in and was rushing and being rude to Jordan but Jordan did not let that old man get to him. He continued to be professional and nice and help the old man out. I will 100% return to this location because of the staff. Thanks again and I love my new phone!
