If you make a reservation here, call to confirm you have a guaranteed truck on the day of your reservation. I made a reservation over a month before my truck rental. I called a day before my reservation and was told that they didn't have the "equipment" I needed on-site. They told me that I'd have to travel 25+ miles to get the truck I reserved over a month ago. The scheduling department also told me that they waited a week before Stefko identified a truck for my reservation, despite the ample time to identify a truck. I was not notified about the change in reservation until I called them. No one on-site, via online services, or over the scheduling line were competent enough to understand that I cannot move without a truck and that UHaul made the mistake that needed to be fixed without inconveniencing my move. A woman named Loriane or Loriana on the scheduling line was unhelpful, rude, and a liar - stating that there were no trucks in the Bethlehem area that I could use. After a 35 minute conversation with her, she told me that my options were to drive 25+ miles to pick up a truck or to cancel my reservation (1 day before moving day!!), so I hung up on her. I called the line again and Stephen handled the mistake the company made within 5 minutes. He was the only one who was pleasant to speak with, understood the problem, and had problem solving skills to fix the problem. Stephen identified a larger truck at the original pickup location. I was not charged for the change in truck size because of their last minute decision to transfer my pick up location without notifying me. Thanks Stephen for listening to customers, validating their concerns, not being afraid to admit UHaul messed up, and having a brain to fix the problem. He's their only saving grace and the reason why this is getting 2 stars instead of 1.

Went there today to get some propane. My tank was expired which wasn’t a bill deal. Safety first is always the right thing to do. But the guy there is so rude. Almost down right nasty. Maybe he was just having a bad day?

This is not a customer friendly store. The staff is ALL pretty rude and they seem to be miserable being at their jobs. Ordered a hitch on 4/12 with a scheduled 4/20 installation date. Still waiting and when I call to inquire they are flat out rude. By the way, I was already billed for the hitch and installation. Total bs...

Do not go here guy behind the counter looks like a drug user. They do not answer the phone. They did not give me the appliance dolly I requested. They changed my location left a voicemail but never called me. I called them to cancel but they never answered the phone.

The guy that answered the phone this morning was full of attitude. He answered by saying ‘Yeah?’ as if it was one of his buddies calling his personal phone. Then after my husband asked his question, he responded very nastily just a ‘NO!’ Customer service training is apparently absent at this location.

Ordered and paid for a hitch to be installed, went to drop my car off only to find out the hitch isn’t in store and it’s on back order with no more information. No call to tell me it isn’t there, just wasted my time.
