0 rating, 2nd time I had an issue. I’m doing coupons for 3 years and I have been expert doing it. The cashier and the other senior associates didn’t know what couponing is especially Extra Bucks. The senior associate insisted that I only paid or spent $15 instead of $32. The $15 extra bucks is consider as money or cash that I’ve earned or shall we call like gift card. I bought $32 food so that i can have $5 off. I think the young associates didn’t click the $5 coupons. The senior associates was trying to intimidate me so that I just turn my back and walk away. But what I’ve said I’m expert with coupons and knew the policy or rules. When my one was starting to change, she called the manager. The senior associates still insisted she’s right. I said to young associates, you guys watch the YouTube and you will learn how to do coupons in CVS. So I’ve spent 45 minutes inside the store, I told them I would rather return all the foods and I don’t care if I lost my $ 2 coupons. The most important they will return my $32. Worst CVS in Lehigh Valley, I will let the corporate about it, they need to orient their associates and teach how not to argue to the customers.

I understand everyone is ready to go home but the white haired manager was so rude about rushing me out of the store at 8:20pm when they close at 9pm. Her body language and very rushed voice was very unwelcoming and the same as it came to cashing out at 8:40pm. I wanted separate transactions in order to use my coupons with my rewards that I would gain and she just insisted I was trying to use separate cards when I wasn't. Very rushed. I kept my mouth closed but did not rush along with her as I saw her decorum was very rude.

🚨🚨RUDE MANAGER🚨🚨 I stopped into CVS to return something that I had paid cash for. The employee stated she needed to return my money back on a gift card instead of returning it back the original way I had paid for it, so I had asked her for a manager to see if they would at least put the money on my debit card instead, as I didn’t want store credit for something I paid cash for. When the manager walked to the counter she immediately assumed I was looking to get cash back for some thing I paid with credit and was extremely rude to me in front of all the customers. It wasn’t until I explained the situation where she then stated I would be paid back in the original form I had paid for the items which is what I wanted in the first place. I think it’s important for the manager to at least find out what’s going on before she assumes someone is trying to cheat CVS’s in System and belittles them. I believe her name is Jackie and at no point did she say sorry when she realized she was wrong, instead she walked off with an attitude

ALWAYS an issue. I am switching away from this pharmacy right now, and staying far away. Rite Aid has WAY better customer service, and they actually seem to care, unlike this CVS. I asked them to fill a prescription a week ago, is was supposed to be ready yesterday, yet here I sit, not hearing a word. Oh, they also opened me up two different accounts for my prescriptions, and didn't bother fixing it, so every time I would go pick something up, I had to explain, and sometimes argue to prove I had more prescriptions to pick up. Overall, terrible experience and I'm done trying with them.

The pharmacy section on this store is horrible. The store staff are great, but the pharmacy makes mistakes and then doesn't own up to them.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. This pharmacy and their staff there are not helpful at all. It’s been multiple times where there’s no one at the counter or only one person working or just one pharmacist working and the line is long. Also their text messaging system and emails are not accurate there’s been multiple occasions where they send me notifications of prescriptions being ready and I go there and they tell me otherwise. Very frustrating to take time off, wait in line for a while and be told that my stuff is not ready.

I just went to the store to get cash back, I was told that I can only be limited to 40 because the store didn’t have change. I don’t want to get into the whole story but if I wasn’t an African American male I can guarantee this would not been an issue. FYI, the atm didn’t have cash so instead of allowing me to get 100 cash back threw separate transactions, which I was giving back thru another transaction, destroyed my day because I hate to be judge based off other factors.

Love our neighborhood CVS. I do try to go at less busy times, since it's a popular location. The pharmacy wait can take a while if you go during a busy time. All the employees are super friendly. There was one staff member back at the pharmacy who was pretty rude about in-your-face offers for flu shots, but we haven't seen her there in a while and everything has been great 90% of the time before and since.

Upfront customer service is above & beyond expectations. Every last one of them are wonderful, remember names, faces, always smiling & just all around fantastic. The pharmacy is a different story. I’ve been coming here for my prescriptions for more years than I can remember & I am finally done. I’ve had it. Rude & inefficient are just a few words that come to mind, and it’s been more than a handful of times. I’ve kept returning out of convenience & how much I enjoy the front staff but I’m switching after today. Unacceptable customer service in the pharmacy, busy or not.

This CVS on Woodlawn Ave is the best stocked, the cleanest , the best Pharmacy staff along with up front clerks.. I love this store . I never have to wonder if I picked up the right purchase I wanted or if my OTC purchases are ok to take with my other medications: blood thinners etc. because the Pharmacist always helps me and when I look in the isles for something and don't have my reading Glasses the clerks help me. Best ever and I have bee going there for years.Thank you Lisa , Bill, Sophia and Pharmacy staff and up front Nancy, Val and all the young girls and guys that fill in and the Manager is very nice ans helpful always.
