why do you hire such foul employees lol. people at the pharmacy are amazing, but the cashiers act as if they have a whole 3 working brain cells and sit on their phone and give you a deathly attitude when you ask a simple question as if that is not what they are paid to do.

Prescriptions are never ready… today I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and they shut the drive thru down in the middle day right in front of my face… after letting me wait in line…. Now I have to drive back… very bad service

Prescriptions are never ready. For some reason the price of the prescriptions changes depending on who processes it. Lines are always long and slow. Maybe hire more people and pay them right.

Prescriptions are consistently not ready despite being called in days before. We have a monthly prescription that has to be special ordered. Every month they don't even place the order until we call and ask if it's ready. They don't order, fill, or take any other steps unless prompted by the customer. Adding to the frustration is the fact that they always respond with, "it was ordered" or "we're filling it right now" instead of simply acknowledging that they haven't done anything yet. I'm currently sitting in the parking lot again for this same prescription waiting "15-20 minutes" for them to fill it. This is the second trip I made for the same prescription. It was sent to the pharmacy almost two weeks ago.

I only used the drive through this time, and the line was long. I waited about 30 min to get my prescription, but the person inside was polite and quickly got me on my way.

I mostly use the pharmacy here. It can get pretty busy with a lot of senior traffic. I would avoid any of the typical busy hours. Other than that, the pharmacy staff is nice and helpful. They have assisted me over the phone multiple times when dealing with my previous insurance company (who was a pain in the butt). I notice there's rarely a wait at the drive through. They typically have a dedicated staff member working the drive through, so if there's a long line inside, I would recommend the drive through. Last time I used it, I had my prescription in under 2 minutes. Overall, there's a lot of parking and the store is often clean and fully stocked with exactly what you would expect at a CVS.

I shop at this store on a regular basis. I had a thirty percent coupon I wanted to use with my purchase. The coupon would not go through. Sherri who was not even working that day said that my items were on sale. THEY WERE NOT. First I was not able to use my coupon. Then I wanted a rain check for hair color and was told by some other rude clerk I needed to know the exact number of the hair color. When I asked what if I wanted a different color by then, she said I could only get it for that one. I am in the process of seeing if insurance is good anywhere else. These two people need to take a class on people skills. I hate even thinking about going to that store. The pharmacists are moody and rude as well. I only come there when I have to. One star is to much for them .

I have been shopping solely at this CVS for a good amount of time and have had nothing but great experiences from the regular store employees. I spend a lot of money here and my family and I shop here several times a week. I am giving a 1 star review because today I had a extremely awful experience with the Store Manager Rick Davis. I tried to return items that I had a receipt for and they would not give me cash or store credit since I paid for it with my credit card which I didn't have on me. That's fine I understand. The problem came when I also had two unopened boxes of a CVS brand product that I wanted to return without a receipt. You can see on their website or Googling their return policy and even asking Rick Davis himself that the return policy for CVS brand items is 100% satisfaction guaranteed no questions asked or your money back. Now since I didn't have a receipt I said I was fine with store credit to buy something else. Rick Davis proceeded to run a report showing me that this particular product was not purchased in the last 18 days. I told him I purchased it sometime last month which falls in their 60 day return period. He then called me a liar saying I did not buy the product there. I asked if he could check my store bonus card to check when I bought it and he said I would have to call corporate but they are not available now and good luck with that. It shouldn't matter if I bought it there, even though I did, it was an unopened CVS brand product that was maybe $15. He was rude, condescending and basically questioned my integrity. As if I had nothing better to do but devise some sort of scam over returning a $15 item. I have spent easily over $5,000 at this store this year alone. To hassle me over such a small matter is just baffling to me.
