🚨🚨RUDE MANAGER🚨🚨 I stopped into CVS to return something that I had paid cash for. The employee stated she needed to return my money back on a gift card instead of returning it back the original way I had paid for it, so I had asked her for a manager to see if they would at least put the money on my debit card instead, as I didn’t want store credit for something I paid cash for. When the manager walked to the counter she immediately assumed I was looking to get cash back for some thing I paid with credit and was extremely rude to me in front of all the customers. It wasn’t until I explained the situation where she then stated I would be paid back in the original form I had paid for the items which is what I wanted in the first place. I think it’s important for the manager to at least find out what’s going on before she assumes someone is trying to cheat CVS’s in System and belittles them. I believe her name is Jackie and at no point did she say sorry when she realized she was wrong, instead she walked off with an attitude ~Christian

Had a horrible experience there while getting my daughter (under 5) vaccinated. Made an appointment online . I waited with a small child for 45 minutes. When I asked if we would be seen soon the pharmacist yelled over the counter “not to rush him” He continued to talk over me while I was trying to see what the hold up was. I started to get upset but sat down and calmed myself and child. He was calling multiple pharmacies to figure out how much and when to give the vaccine. We finally were administered the vax and I was told my daughter would need two doses which was wrong information. When I called to question this, he was rude and accusatory and took no responsibility for the misinformation. Do not go here. ~Jamie

Guy told me my tank could not be filled. Said it was out of date. It wasn't. Was marked in a new spot but he was rushing around and barely gave me 3 seconds to show him. Then just walked away. Also the trucks here are unsafe. Once they gave me a truck without checking it first. It had no brake lights at all and a huge exhaust leak. Best to avoid this place. ~chris

If you make a reservation here, call to confirm you have a guaranteed truck on the day of your reservation. I made a reservation over a month before my truck rental. I called a day before my reservation and was told that they didn't have the "equipment" I needed on-site. They told me that I'd have to travel 25+ miles to get the truck I reserved over a month ago. The scheduling department also told me that they waited a week before Stefko identified a truck for my reservation, despite the ample time to identify a truck. I was not notified about the change in reservation until I called them. No one on-site, via online services, or over the scheduling line were competent enough to understand that I cannot move without a truck and that UHaul made the mistake that needed to be fixed without inconveniencing my move. A woman named Loriane or Loriana on the scheduling line was unhelpful, rude, and a liar - stating that there were no trucks in the Bethlehem area that I could use. After a 35 minute conversation with her, she told me that my options were to drive 25+ miles to pick up a truck or to cancel my reservation (1 day before moving day!!), so I hung up on her. I called the line again and Stephen handled the mistake the company made within 5 minutes. He was the only one who was pleasant to speak with, understood the problem, and had problem solving skills to fix the problem. Stephen identified a larger truck at the original pickup location. I was not charged for the change in truck size because of their last minute decision to transfer my pick up location without notifying me. Thanks Stephen for listening to customers, validating their concerns, not being afraid to admit UHaul messed up, and having a brain to fix the problem. He's their only saving grace and the reason why this is getting 2 stars instead of 1. ~Lauren

I was heavily shopping for different moving trucks. I contacted Penske, Uhaul, Budget Truck etc. BY FAR Penske worked with me the best. They gave me the best rate for a one way trip and even when Budget Truck came in lower Penske adjusted their price to beat it. It was seriously amazing service and I would go to them 100 times over! ~Lindsey

This post office is fantastic. I go in a lot with packages from my in home business. Erin and Donna are the best. They are wonderful and scan all my packages with ease. I will never go anywhere else. If you want your packages to get to there destination on time, go to The post office in the Leigh High shopping center next to Dollar Tree. You will be treated like royalty ~Margaret

Highly disrespectful! My food was beyond greesy. The fact that they changed my order because they are to lazy to make a hotdog blows my mind. Why would you play with peoples food? Anyways they ruined all three meals including my child’s which irritated me the most fries are stale, potato totz full with grease every bite out of one had it pouring out and the container it was in with a super small potion of Mac bites when we doubled up was a bit alarming. Especially when we order the same stuff every day just doesn’t add up. this place is only good for car meets now 🤷🏻‍♂️ I spend 30$ a day here almost every day. I order repetitive and overlook everything this is the third strike of ruining my meals Also ruined my child’s wagon that I just bought because like I said grease was pouring out every where 🤮 did you see that container filled with grease we thought it was dip so we gave it to the poor kid and boom 🤯 screaming and crying because it was nasty grease touching his fry bag even had my hand covered in it. I tossed the other food on the first bite I knew something was wrong so I said no thanks and went to Burger King ~Troy
