This post office is fantastic. I go in a lot with packages from my in home business. Erin and Donna are the best. They are wonderful and scan all my packages with ease. I will never go anywhere else. If you want your packages to get to there destination on time, go to The post office in the Leigh High shopping center next to Dollar Tree. You will be treated like royalty

IS SAD HOW THIS SERVICE got so bad and the worse for United states and the american people in need of medications ect. And is not just because COVID-19 is for all the irresponsible people who work there. This generations have no respect or commitment or responsibility of what they do that's why we will expect worse times. BUT IS OUR FAULT INCLUDING MY SELF AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO LEAVE A REVIEW HERE IF WE STOP USING USPS SERVICE IF WE STOP GIVING THEM OUR HARD WORKING MONEY THEY WILL DISAPPEAR FOR GOOD. TOGETHER WE CAN CHANGE THINGS BUT IF WE CONTINUE USUNG USPS SERVICE they will continue disrespect us and not value our mail. Packages ect.

This place is terrible. I’ve been on the phone waiting to talk to someone for half an hour. It’s like no one is there to even answer the phone. It’s the only time I have to talk to them because of work and they are not making the experience very easy

The people who work here are truly kind and helpful answering any questions I might have, it a convenient location which makes it my to go post office. The down side I have had 2xs was on the outside of post office when I put mail in mailbox when post office is very busy with long lines or closed. The fact that on 2 different occasions very important mail was stolen/ disappeared and I had to report it never knew what happened and I've heard others complained of same situation was upsetting at that time. I was told people were going in mailboxes stealing mail. I learned my lesson NEVER again do I put important mail in ANY outside mailbox I give it directly to the mailman in postoffice.

If you decide to go to this place remember to double check your receipt after purchase because sometimes they will be sneaky and charge you for extra stamps you did not buy. It has happened to people I know several times.

I did call customer service about the issue I had with Monica there. There was a woman who did not speak English. Monica just got frustrated and did not ask if anyone could help. After the lady left she began saying how "those people" should speak English. I spoke up really damn quick and told her how racist it was for her to say that!!!! They can speak what ever language they want! Then her supervisor said that she her self is black and that Monica is one of her good friends and that Monica is not racist. She basically made it sound like Monica is not racist because she has a black friend. That was a very coon thing of the supervisor to say!!!! Google what coon means. She did not really care about what I had to say.

Rude!! I called to get a quote for shipping a fairly large and heavy box. The woman kept cutting me off talking over me, even when I was trying to answer her own questions about box measurements. It was clear she was not interested in helping me. When I finally got a price, I said "Ok, great" and proceeded to ask another question, only to realize she wasn't there. She had hung up on me! I immediately called back, and she blamed me, saying I hadn't said anything so she thought I was finished. (This is obviously not true, as there was no "goodbye" and I was attempting to ask another question). Unbelievable.
