The parking and entrance are a bit baffling by design. That being said, I was assisted by 2 separate young men about a month ago and the customer service from BOTH was simply outstanding! I just wanted to relay that. Keep up the great work!

I received the worst service ever the other day from the clerk named Mary. She was very rude and disrespectful. If she isn’t able to deliver good customer service, then maybe you should have her on the truck delivering mail, where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. She is unworthy of her job, and made this the worst experience that I’ve had at a post office. I have nothing good to say about her or the situation at all.

Our mail doesn't not arrive in a timely fashion as much as three weeks between two packages sent on the same day from the same origin. I do not use the outside mail drop, I overheard them talking to the police about it being Robbed Again! by people fishing in the slot and stealing mail in the outside drop.

Not sure if the employees there are stealing the packages or not, but they seem to have an above average rate of lost packages at this sorting center. It's made me reconsider continuing to give USPS my business.

Can these mail carriers not read numbers? We had a mail lady before these new ones and she was great. This is outrageous medical supplies sent to the wrong address when it's crucial for someone to get it. Often left in the mailbox with the door opened so it can be rained on and ruined. Packages now that are sent from Amazon are getting lost or delivered to the wrong address. Often get other peoples mail and packages that we have to deliver ourselves because we are honest people. It's not our jobs it's yours thank you. I cringe when I know I ordered packages and it's being delivered by you guys. Wondering if it will ever get to me.Very disappointed 😔
