I made an appointment for my child to get their haircut. They ran 20 mins late and took other people who checked in after me before they took my child. I didn’t request a specific stylist. There was a person there who was not getting there haircut that was just sitting in a salon chair being loud and just kind of made the experience uncomfortable. I went here 2 months ago and the experience was great but after this appointment. I’m not sure we’ll be back.
