Had a horrible experience there while getting my daughter (under 5) vaccinated. Made an appointment online . I waited with a small child for 45 minutes. When I asked if we would be seen soon the pharmacist yelled over the counter “not to rush him” He continued to talk over me while I was trying to see what the hold up was. I started to get upset but sat down and calmed myself and child. He was calling multiple pharmacies to figure out how much and when to give the vaccine. We finally were administered the vax and I was told my daughter would need two doses which was wrong information. When I called to question this, he was rude and accusatory and took no responsibility for the misinformation. Do not go here.

Recently I was in the ER of our local hospital and was prescribed medication . As I was leaving the ER , I noticed that is was 8:45pm and that the Rite Aid Pharmacy closed at 9pm . When I arrived at the pharmacy at 8:58pm , I was overwhelming grateful that Asia and the pharmacist had my scripts ready for pickup !! I did not have to wait until the following day . 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pharmacist helped me to purchase the best remedy over the counter for my condition without me seeing my doctor to get a prescription. He definitely knows his stuff. I am feeling much better. Thank you.

I'm not going back to this place ever again! They made a gross mistake in my prescription, I always have a copy of my prescription. In addition to being totally wrong, they are extremely rude and cause an embarrassing situation. Read the reviews of other customers of this pharmacy before going there.

I had a situation with the Rite Aid on Third Street located in Bethlehem, Pa. About 3 weeks ago I was informed that my mother's medications needed refills from the doctors office. I contacted her doctor's office and have been going back and forth trying to resolve the issue. The doctors office informed me that they faxed the necessary paperwork to the pharmacy. I proceeded the next morning to get her scripts to be told that they never received it. I immediately contacted the doctors office while at the pharmacy and was informed that it was sent and no rejections were issued. So, needless to say, they faxed the paperwork again to be told it was filled out incorrectly. By this time I am furiated. I instructed the pharmacist to get things done and I would pick up the scripts the next day. We'll, the next day came and the scripts were not filled due to again....the doctors office did not respond. Later that night I called the pharmacist apologizing for my actions. Several days later I went to finally pick up the scripts to find out it was only 3 of the four scripts needed. The pharmacist in charge tried to explain their protocol and informed me that maybe I should have my family member fill her prescription s going forward. This was a huge disappointment. My mother has been a customer of Rite Aid for years. I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. On the contrary, I will give them the negative feedback I encountered with this location. It seems that the employees and their titles have gone to their head instead of doing things right the first time. It's kind of sad that customers feel like a problem or a burden to this establishment instead of a person.They forget that without customers, they wouldn't have a job or paycheck.

I would rather stab my eyes out then ever go to this rite aid again. They pharmacy consistently lies to me about whether or not my prescription is ready causing me to make 3-4 trips in one week for one prescription. The pharmacists and the cashiers have no empathy and stare blankly at me when I’m looking for assistance. If there is a god in this world, I don’t understand why he would allow such a business to exist.

I'm a woman only my 30's, I'm younger than 36 and constantly get called "ma'am" by the store clerks who work there and they're older than me. I wish they'd STOP addressing their customers as "ma'am" especially when they do NOT know their actual age. It's NOT polite it's offensive!
