I shipped a package from GA to PA and my package has been getting shipped back and forth between this post office and the Lehigh Valley sorting center, delaying the delivery of the package. Workers MUST NOT know what they are doing here. I’m frustrated. It’s been weeks and the package is still not delivered. Shut this post office down or hire new employees!!!

I called over 20 times to get no answer at all NO oNE ever picks up the phone not for me not for there own customer service people. I scheduled a redelivery for a package instead of delivering the package they left it at the office on wood st when I tried to contact the office no answer worst service ever

I avoid at all costs to go to that post office. The staff are miserable. They need to get another job. More training would be more effective on customer service.

Have had issues with this location on multiple occasions. Tried to get a new mailbox key for over a month and was told to come back the next day 3 days in a row. Everyday I came back, they had no idea what I was talking about. They said they'd hold my mail and that I could pick it up on a certain day. I came that day and it was not there for me. After finally getting my key, I was receiving mail for the previous person at my residence. I took it to the post office so they knew that this person no longer lived here and they said they'd make a note. A week later, I'm still getting their mail

Everyday I came back, they had no idea what I was talking about. They said they'd hold my mail and that I could pick it up on a certain day. I came that day and it was not there for me. After finally getting my key, I was receiving mail for the previous person at my residence. I took it to the post office so they knew that this person no longer lived here and they said they'd make a note. A week later, I'm still getting their mail

Mail and packages are scanned before they are delivered or marked as ‘attempted delivery’ when they were not! I ordered a package with expedited shipping that was supposed to arrive on a Monday. Monday evening around 7:45, I got a notification from the tracking updates that said USPS had attempted to deliver my package but the front door was not accessible. I was home, no one had attempted to deliver anything. There was nothing blocking access to my front door- sidewalk and walkway were clear, no gate, no fence, porch light was on, I didn’t need to sign for anything but I was home either way. No one attempted to deliver the package at all, they just didn’t want to get dinged for the delivery being late. I contacted the company the order was made with and they told me I would have to bring it up with USPS, so I did. I got no response. I totally understand that things happen and sometimes deliveries are late, but don’t lie and say that it was undeliverable when you didn’t even try. They should have to reimburse me for my shipping charges, they literally made a profit off of not doing what they were contracted to do and falsified records so that they didn’t get in trouble for not doing their jobs. I also regularly don’t get my Mail every day, maybe 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes less, and it is always a large amount when it does come. What is most frustrating is getting bills late, specifically bills that don’t offer online or auto payment options, and then having the company tell you that the post office scanned it on a date before the due date so you are still responsible for the late fee. Again, stuff happens, people are busy, over worked, under paid, but if we are going to go off of when something is scanned, don’t scan it until it is actually delivered!

I only go here maybe once a year, and the same lady waited on me as last year and she was very friendly and quick. I don't know who the older white lady was who was working at the other window who didn't feel it necessary to wear a mask pretty much the entire time we were there. So that was cool.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I have received no mail in a month, when I would receive at least junk mail each and every day. When I called, the Delivery Manager stated the carrier has not had any mail for me. When I explained that I receive monthly mail from a list of places, they stated that it was because my name is not on my mailbox (I did not remove my name, nor is it a federal requirement to have a name) and the mail was returned. Well, talking to various people, no mail was returned. The Delivery manager had a rude attitude, when I requested her supervisor...he basically said his carrier has no reason to lie. I left to be with family for 3 months, was not forced out, but basically was on vacation. I simply said that I was gone for 3 months and the mail was still being delivered because my roommate was bringing it in. He assumed that I left the apartment on negative terms, was highly inappropriate by stating that maybe it was my roommate forcing me out of the apartment, etc. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO BUSINESS talking to anyone in that manner.

Went to deliver a package on 5/30/2017, and the cashier was nasty. She criticized my package and belittled me in front of multiple customers. Will definitely try to contact one of her superiors.
