01122022 4:15 PA Absolutely "useless" staff. No managers or supervisors present. Staff should not be left unattended, without adult supervision. Staff is just a cog in the multibillion dollar fiasco, that the United States Postal Service has become. Told staff that I was getting updates via text. She became argumentative, and said that the United States Postal Service does not do that. I showed her them on my phone, (see pics below) and then proceeded to do no follow through to find a solution. Again "useless". The United States Postal Service does not issue a subpoena to work there. Her skill set, or actually, lack thereof, could be used somewhere else. North Korea perhaps, they have similar customer service skills. There are many elderly people in Coplay. They deserve better. She did allow me to leave my name and number for her supervisor to contact me tomorrow. I had a store in a regional mall, 30 years ago. I had teenagers working for me but never, let me repeat that, "never" would they treat a customer like that. The condescending arrogance is unconscionable. I am not expecting Bergdorf, Bijan etc. Staff would make a great "politician". I am confident that she will go far in the United States Postal Service, as I t is today. At some point an adult must take over the Postal Service and make it "functional". Citizens, are "Forced and compelled" to pay billions of dollars for this. The system needs an Elon musk type of ability. Somebody with merit ability and skill. They need to think out-of-the-box in order to reform this corpse of an institution. What was once the model for the world is a little more than a dying cadaver. We are Americans, we can do it. We should not be subjected to this type of dysfunctional behavior. Use the private carriers as a model. FedEx, UPS, etc. all managed to be functional. We cannot say the same for the US PS. Management needs to take action ASAP!

I only go here to send stuff that I sell online. The worker is fast, scans quick and I'm on my way out in less than 3 minutes. The post office is clean, organized, and well kept. It is a bit small so if there are a lot of people, it might feel crowded.

I don’t know why people give bad reviews here or maybe they’re old but I go here a lot and they’re are great and very helpful. Way better post office than the one in Whitehall so I had to come and share.

Lost over $1000 worth of stuff thanks to this post office. And don’t try to file a claim for lost mail because they will not fulfill it. Extremely disappointing and I’m out a lot of money because of their terrible service.

The mail delivery folks are nice, but do they look at the address of the mail they are dropping off? I constantly get neighbors mail and have to deliver it to the correct address myself. Now, some of my neighbors are elderly, and they must be getting my mail and can't do that because I have pieces of mail that say were delivered and I haven't received them! I try to give it a few days in case they sent it back for the PO to deliver it correctly. After a week I went in and got scalded for not coming in right away. I'm sorry, I work a full time 10+ hour job, plus out delivering the mail you sorted incorrectly. I gave the employee at the desk my tracking numbers, name, phone number, address..everything she needed and was told she couldn't look into it because someone was doing something on the computer. They must have been on the computer all day because I never got a call. Luckily the company I was missing my package from was nice enough to send me the package again, free of charge. Hopefully the PO will get it right this time.

The worst post office I've ever had to deal with. I filled out a hold form to have my mail held because I was leaving the next morning early. That way I could pick the package up I was waiting for so, it didn't sit outside all weekend . Well, once again they sent it on the truck and didn't hold it so now it's gonna sit outside all weekend. Not to mention they have lost 2 of my wife's packages over a months period. The absolute worst post office ...

The lady selling people stamps (it's called email people, try it sometime) ringing up people, putting me on hold for 5 minutes to talk to someone about how bad her day is going with no help, wah wah wah...the list goes on. It's called a job, deal with it. No one wants to hear you complain about it all day. Please deliver me my package like promised so I never have to deal with you again. Thank you and good night :)

My mailperson is not handling his route properly. He is constantly not picking up my outgoing mail, I don't get my daily mail delivered for a few consecutive days sometimes. Even if I actually have no incoming mail; my outgoing mail (sticking out of the box) should still be picked up. I'm just not a satisfied customer.
