How can I get my mail and packages if the post office never works in the area im. It's been 2 years and I still can't get my mail or packages without a problem. This is the only state I ever had a problem with and you can't even call because there number is disconnected? What do we the people do then? How do we get our mail and Packages? They should do there job and if they can't close down. There not doing there job.

Multiple days, every week, there is mail showing on my Informed Delivery dashboard that should be coming, and we get no delivery whatsoever to the apartment complex I reside in. When I mentioned this concern to our mail carrier, I was informed that she is restricted to an 8 hour shift so if she doesn't get to us within those 8 hours, we don't get delivery that day. This is completely unacceptable as far as I'm concerned--myself and other residents here rely on the mail for important documents, checks, etc. and to consistently not receive mail on a regular basis is frustrating and problem causing. If our mail carrier can't make it here during her "restricted schedule", then the route should be reassigned to someone who can get here every day.

I had been tracking a package that came from Florida, and it was delivered to my house from this location It said it was delivered, but when I checked my mailbox, it was not there. I checked all the entrances to my house and even got my family to help me search. I tried calling and they wouldn't even pick up the phone, despite it being business hours. This package was my mom's birthday gift and I was so upset! 2 days later my neighbor came to my door and told me she got my mail! She saved me from so much stress! I understand USPS workers are human and they make mistakes. But this was not the first time! I've lost packages and received damaged mail from USPS multiple times. The least they could do is pick up the phone. Their missing mail search is a joke and got me nowhere in the past. This pandemic is hard on everybody. Slow mail is understandable. But their lack of empathy and care for their customers is not it.

I didn’t even want to give one sorry but I had to for this to post... so many packages being scanned as “ out for delivery” but not delivered ... never had this issue with my mail man who retired at the end of the year . You all need to check who you are hiring and scan your packages correctly . Not hard...

Don't bother calling. Their voice mailbox is full and you can't talk to anyone. Ship your packages FedEx or UPS much better service and you get your package. To inform everyone, it's not the employees fault. It's Congress' fault. They cut $$, impose high expenses on the USPS so it will fail. Republicans want private companies to deliver. Rates will go up because USPS sets the rate prescient. Complain to your Congressperson. **Update: when picking up my package, fortunately my experience was painless within 10-15 minutes. Good luck.
