Staff is really rude I was triying to help I work in food delivery and she insulted me an employee her name is April, she doesn’t know how to treat customers. Definitely not comming back here. Manager as well careless. Seems like the hate this job. Like really bad. Really sad.

The hot food is a huge part of Sheetz money making business, and the employees who cook the food at this location don't care about it. They do not fulfill orders completely, and they ignore customers and look the other way. The past 3 or 4 visits, including tonight, we ordered chicken tossed with Buffalo sauce. I also asked for a cup of sauce to dip for my Mac Bites. We were given plain chicken, and no sauce dipping cups either. We got the attention of one worker, who gave us 1 dipping cup. While we waited for her to come back to get the chicken tossed, a different employee quickly put another customers order on the counter and rushed away. The bag tipped over and some of the customers food fell out onto the counter, and she pretended to not see it. The girl who gave us the 1st cup of sauce, kept quickly putting order bags down and rushing away. A man walked by, and my fiance told him his chicken was supposed to be tossed. He rolled his eyes at my fiance, and gave him 2 cups of sauce so my fiance could toss it himself. Why are the employees ignoring customers and acting like they don't see them? Why are they continually ignoring when someone orders sauce? They do not want to help or do thier job. Extremely disappointing.

Highly disrespectful! My food was beyond greesy. The fact that they changed my order because they are to lazy to make a hotdog blows my mind. Why would you play with peoples food? Anyways they ruined all three meals including my child’s which irritated me the most fries are stale, potato totz full with grease every bite out of one had it pouring out and the container it was in with a super small potion of Mac bites when we doubled up was a bit alarming. Especially when we order the same stuff every day just doesn’t add up. this place is only good for car meets now 🤷🏻♂️ I spend 30$ a day here almost every day. I order repetitive and overlook everything this is the third strike of ruining my meals Also ruined my child’s wagon that I just bought because like I said grease was pouring out every where 🤮 did you see that container filled with grease we thought it was dip so we gave it to the poor kid and boom 🤯 screaming and crying because it was nasty grease touching his fry bag even had my hand covered in it. I tossed the other food on the first bite I knew something was wrong so I said no thanks and went to Burger King

The wait time for a single breakfast sandwich at this Sheetz can exceed 10 minutes with 1-2 other people ahead of you in line. If there are more than 2 people ahead you the wait can easily go beyond 15 minutes. If you have time to spare and don’t mind if your food tastes a bit like broom handle be sure to visit.

The cheap paper straws are unacceptable. If you’re going to purchase the paper straws they need to be the high-quality ones that cost more money because the cheap ones disintegrate in the drink that I’m drinking especially if I get the large drink! I am done coming to the sheets for the simple reason I cannot get a plastic straw and I have to drive up the street to Wawa to get a plastic straw. Is awesome after one week of posting the Plastic straws are back!!!

Very Busy Sheetz. Building and grounds were clean and well Maintained. Large variety of products from food snacks drinks and wine. Gas as well. There is also a car wash on the property. Prices are fair and in line with other mini markets. Several drink stations,soda and coffee to slushy. Employees were friendly and helpful.
