I got a simple haircut with Dru (the owner) and the experience was nothing less than wonderful! I came in asking for a Julia Roberts 90s inspired haircut for my curly hair. I was a little nervous because I know that most salons have a hard time cutting for curly hair but I put my faith in Dru and he did not disappoint! From the moment I met him, he was kind and made me feel very comfortable. He knew exactly how to cut my curls and gave me exactly what I wanted. Don't ever work here. You will be fired or thrown under the bus if the main boss and his sales reps don't like you or if you happen to make a mistake like most normal people make once in a while. The most dysfunctional place I've ever worked for. Dirty environment. Company is on the poor side and rely a lot on their shareholders to even clear a profit. A lot of the things they sell can be bought at any hardware store, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. ~V1LKA5

This location service was aweful. They asked me to use my debit card but I did not remember my pin. I asked for another way to prove my identity and withdraw the money. She told me she couldn’t help me withdraw the money without my pin even though the other bank I went was able to help me with the withdrawal and getting a new pin. I just want to complain about the service at this that location and how they treated me. I felt a profiled based on the way they turned me away and another bank was able to help me with all my issues and resolve them. I was told over the phone I could go into a bank to create a new pin so I didn’t understand why they did not let me make a transaction when the only way to get a new pin is to go inside a bank. I would not recommend this branch at all especially the way they treated me. ~Gregory

Shelves are always stocked, easy to find what I need. My only complaint is the carts! I prefer the small carts, but the wheels are always messed up so the cart bangs around down the aisle. Two times this month I’ve had a carts wheel lock up on me in the parking lot and I’ve had to drag the cart full of grocery’s to my car (I was parked in giants parking lot) please improve your carts ~Robert
