Best logistics service in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Submitted a hold mail request for 6/13/22-6/25/22 because of vacation. On the form I checked the please deliver held mail box for 6/27/22. On 6/27/22 I received the mail request form in my mailbox but no mail. I called the office and no one picked up the phone; instead they disconnected me. Yesterday I saw the carrier and asked about my held mail. He said he knew nothing about it. I have no idea what they did with my mail which should have included time sensitive notices, bills and a package. Their negligence will cause me doubtless late fee payments and other financial headaches. This has never happened in the past for hold mail requests. I am very upset. ~Patricia
