1. Was told by the driver that he couldn't find my package on the truck because it was stuffed full. 2. Delivered to the wrong address. 3. "Proof of Delivery" does not even have the delivery address on it. I will be contacting the BBB about this location. I have reason to believe the driver stole my package. How much sense does it make that he stopped by my house and tells me that he can't find my package in the truck because its to full and then deliver it to the wrong address a few hours later? I'm going to contact middletown police about this.

I ordered a package and I kept being told that they “attempted a delivery” but not once was there a truck at my house or anywhere on my street. When I called it was impossible to get a hold of the information needed I needed in order to see what was happening.

My package sat at a fed ex facility in PA half an hour from my house for 4 days without moving. On 5th day it was in Georgia. It has been there for 7 days now. Customer representatives and supervisors will do nothing about it. The is the second time in a month and a half this has happened. When I ask for the corporate office number they hang up on me.

Waiting on a package that should have been delivered a couple days ago. It hasn't moved .it took less time to get to Pennsylvania from California than what it is taking for its thirty five mile journey in Pennsylvania

I am a retired FedEx Express employee. When I moved to the Lancaster area and was asked what I did for a living, I responded that I retired from FedEx. I could not initially understand the negative feedback I was getting to this. That was until I've been here and lived it for 6-months. I've never received more damaged and CUT OPEN packages left at the wrong place in all my life, including UPS, DHL and Amazon. Yesterday (a Sunday), they just left it on the curb by the mailbox where it would be so easy for someone to steal. Apparently, the regional leadership decided to outsource courier service to a company that pure, flat doesn't give two hoots about the quality of their work. I can tell, because the name of the outsourced company is on the trucks by the side of the door, meaning it is not being delivered by FedEx Ground, Corp. This company does not care about service commitments or delivery instructions. Regional management is not overseeing this company and ensuring that they are performing work according to the service guidelines. This is NOT the FedEx I just retired from and regional management and their pet outsourced company needs to held accountable and stop dragging the FedEx brand through the mud. March 2022 Update: A little better. Perhaps this review was read by their management. Still having some issues. The latest was placing a package in the mailbox. Hey guys, it is illegal to place items in the mailbox. That is reserved solely for the USPS, by law. Get out of your truck and walk it to the front door, per the delivery instructions. Do the job your contract requires you to do.

Constantly losing packages your system needs an update hundred’s of dollars down the drain, company in general has to be the worst there is I cringe everytime i see FedEx is delivering a package from Amazon knowing it’s probably not gonna make it to my house

FedEx is the best! Even if your package is due a certain day and they get it earlier then expected they actually deliver it early! Not UPS they hold your package until the date it was scheduled for delivery

I would give more stars but I am a truck driver and i have been to this location over 50 times and 9 out of 10 times the switchers are the worst. They leave the trailers so high off the ground that you always have to crank it down by hand to hook up. It's obvious they have no clue to how hard it is to crank a trailer with 15 thousand pounds in it 😡. It's back breaking. But the Dispatch crew inside are always on point, I rarely wait to get my load. In fact when I arrive, I'm already set up to hook up and go. Great Job to those who try. But the switchers needs better training, put them out side in the cold and have them crank down 5 trailers over 10k in them. I bet they will make a effort to drop the trailers properly. In the photo provided look at the trailer next to mine, even higher. smh

The one lady I was actually able to speak to was very nice and tried to help. Unfortunately, I just can't remember having a single good experience receiving packages from FedEx. Their deliveries are never in the estimated time window. I currently have a package that's been sitting at their warehouse for 5 days. It was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago, but day after day it just says it's been delayed. Each day it says it is estimated for delivery that day, but never gets delivered.
