The lady was rude, the guy wiped my console before even giving me a price then offered me 60 dollars and wasr rude when I I told him it was to low absolutely awful experience very pushy to buy stuff I didn't even want or need I will never do business with this store ever again absolutely horrible, don't waste your time.

As of March 2 2022 I will only be going to the east greenbush store from now on when I have to I finally have had enough of employee Jonathan's attitude and rudeness towards me this employee acts like he hates his job and dealing with customers he forgets that Walmart and Kohl's next door sell video games and consoles also it really is a said day since I did love going to game stop a least once a week but now will avoid the Hudson game stop because of my multiple experience with is same employee

Haven't been gaming in a LONG time and usually avoid GameStop because it feels like buying a used car. But I saw a deal on a game and really wanted it. Went in tried to purchase it and it didn't come up as in sale. Girl applied the deal and really took care of me. Younger guy has the used car salesman vibe and doesn't seem to care much. But she was on the ball and went above. Always gotta love that.

I purchase something online and picked it up in the store. I had to return it because it was defective. Jonathan, the employee was very helpful on the phone and in person.

It is hard to speak positively about Game Stop as a company.... However, because of the staff here this is one of the best Game Stop locations you'll find. I'm not yet familiar w the newest manager but the former manager was pretty chill and brought the store back from the mess it was in previously. Anyway, in general the staff here is awesome and they're always up for a chat if they have time.

I like the staff here. Always friendly and courteous. Good sense of humor. Also very knowledgeable. It's nice to shop places were the staff has personality, not just a "Borg Drone" style of filling up space. (aka zombie for non-Trekkies) Prices could be more competitive, but the personal touch and quality of product/services makes the slight extra expense well worth it. The points/rewards/member price system can offset that.

Tried to put the extra game warranty on without asking to charge me more money, he also gave me the wrong game at the last second when he handed me a new Xbox 360 game instead of the backwards compatible one that I wanted (and already had out). He made it seem like he was being nice by giving me a unopened game but I later found out that he charged $10 more without telling me for the game to rob me of some more money.
