I bought a laptop from B&H 4 months ago. The first laptop had screen glitches within 2 weeks. I was told it was defective and could get a replacement laptop. I’ve had the replacement for 3 months and have the SAME screen glitch. I attached photos (I’ve sent the videos to B&H). I paid over $1200 for a laptop I use for work, and they refuse to allow for a refund. I spoke to multiple customer service reps and supervisors and was told that I’m SOL since it’s over 30 days. My only option is to send it in for repair, and I’m sure it’ll break again. Extremely unhelpful. DO NOT PURCHASE, they’ll send you defective products and refuse to refund them!

I've been a happy supporter of B&H for years. However, I purchased a camera recently and it was sent to me in very used and dirty condition. It was covered in dirt, fingerprints, and coffee stains; dust and dirt inside the viewfinder and flash. I am especially disappointed because I paid full price for the camera and it was intended to be a gift for someone. The customer service I representative I spoke with was very polite and helpful but I don't think I'll be able to buy from them again. I realize that issues like this probably get swept under the rug and I'm sure it isn't very important to them. I'm just one person with a bad experience, who cares?

What a terrible experience! I purchased a large format printer (almost $3000) with B&H Photo with the impression that it would be delivered quickly and that it was "like new". Unfortunately, it took 14 days to deliver, the box looked like it had been thrown around and damaged and when I finally opened it up and started assembly, the screen was busted off the printer. I then called and stated I would be OK if they sent a certified rep to fix the unit and the response I received was it would be 6-12 weeks for a tech to come out!! This printer is for my business and unfortunately they have now held me up over 2 weeks and potentially caused me clients. Beware of dealing with this company. They have made no effort to redeem themselves and would not trust this company with my large purchase.

Have been buying from B&H for many years now and they never disappoint. Price, stock and customer service are top notch. The staff at the store and over chat are amazing. If you haven’t visited their superstore, you have to be here!

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS STORE TWICE, THE FIRST TIME I WENT A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE SOUND DEPARTMENT HELP ME , ZACH HE WAS INCREDIBLY PATIENT, HE SHOWED ME EVERYTHING MICROPHONE, EXPLAIN HOW EACH OF THEM WORK AND WHAT WAS BEST FOR ME,HE DID PRICE MATCH FOR ME HE WAS NOT JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SELL, HE ALSO DOESN'T GET COMMISSION, SO THAT WASN'T THE CASE, HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT I NEED TO CREATE A GOOD POD CAST, AND THE TYPE OF TOOLS I NEEDED... NEXT UP MRS. RACHEL FROM THE CAMERA DEPARTMENT UPSTAIRS SHE SHOWED ME SO MANY CAMERAS AND EXPLAINED IT SO ELOQUENTLY SO THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND TECH TALK, ANOTHER SUPER DUPER INCREDIBLE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, MRS. RACHEL WAS SO EXCITED TO TALK ABOUT WHAT SHE LOVED DOING REFERRING TO THE CAMERA QUALITY AND THAT MADE ME SMILE.... WHEN I TELL YOU I TRAVEL ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THESE 2 REPRESENTATIVES WERE GREAT HUMAN BEINGS AND LOVED WHAT THAT DO MADE ME PROUD TO BE AN ARTIST, WHEN YOU HIRE PEOPLE TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY THIS IS THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF WORKMAN SHIP YOU COULD HAVE ,WELL DONE B.H MANAGER FOR HIRING THESE WONDERFUL PEOPLE, ALL THE STAFF I MET THERE WERE VERY VERY NICE... The only reason I visit NYC. Most come for the shows and sites. That stuff is all great but this place is the jam! I've spent more money than I'd like to admit here and don't see myself stopping anytime soon!!

My first time here, blown away by the extensive stock and expert help. I had a short time to visit serval sections for my iPhone 13 pro accessories for recording on the field (audio, external storage, lighting, tripods, headphones) and each section was crucial for my decision making. I left empowered with my new gear. Big shout our to Glendene for her kind help in checking my bags and coat or else I would not have been free to run around like a child in a candy store. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in town.

So easy to pick up equipment on the way to an Installation. Didn't miss a beat. Better than waiting for a delivery and then simple to pick up extra resources if necessary... All on a Sunday. Not too shabby. Best day for a tech install (no encroachers).

I have been shopping at B&H for many years. What I like most is the large assortment of cables, fasteners, velcro straps, clamps, super-clamps, and endless other types of small but necessary peripheral items, stands, tripods, extension poles, auto-poles and digital hubs. Their sales persons never rush me or use high pressure sales tactics. In fact they often educate me while verbally sharing their knowledge in a way that I can understand.
