So disappointed by the customer service. More than an hour to get served even when you precise that you re in a rush, you know what you want to buy and want nothing else… Plus, half of the crew is just chatting and not taking care of any customer. Worst Apple Store I’ve been in!

Genius Bar told me to reset my iPhone without a backup and assured me multiple times my photos and messages would be preserved. Thought it was strange, but trusted them and went along. Lost a ton of data, Apple support over the phone can’t fix it. Do your own research, don’t trust everything they tell you.

What does an iconic, architectural masterpiece, a location featured in many films and a major transportation hub all have in common: NYC's Grand Central Station. If ever in New York, visit Grand Central Station and stand in the center (near the clock) and look up, do a 360° turn. You will be amazed and it's also free.

Beware, you are dealing with the all-star team of Apple stores. I had no appointment, and I was immediately fit into a Genius Bar appointment. Needed a replacement battery for my iPhone 8+. They installed it within an hour and a half. I was able to make my flight back to DC, which was nothing short of a miracle. These folks are at the top of their game.

Worst experience of my life, I just had a small reparation to do on my Iphone and the people who was here to help just didn’t wanted me to book me an appointment and he wanted to change my phone for more than 700$, my phone has only 2 months. I didn’t want to pay a new one that’s crazy ! Never going again and I don’t want to buy Apple things again! Never thought they don’t want to help a customer that’s crazy.

Huge thank you to Emily (the one wearing the amazing hat :) )! She was really friendly and super nice. Have to say that me and my friend (also Emily) had a great experience with her in the store. She was professional, approachable and helped us find what we needed! Having had experience with Apple both in the U.K. and in the USA…. Have to say she was one of the nicest apple store reps we’ve dealt with. She’s a credit to the company and thank you once again for everything Emily!

Beautiful 😍 bustling, great security personnel presence. The restaurant at the terminal was/ is the best authentic Italian cuisine I've had in years. You'll need $$$. It's a landmark in Manhattan so I planned ahead for a really great experience. Highly recommended!!

Great place to take pictures passing by or passing thru For me Grand Central Station Is a good place (I love NYC) to visit take pictures eat some places are pricey but the food is good clean bathrooms just a nice place

Still one of the Most Beautiful structures ever built, and it's right here in the Heart of New York. The service is timely, yet the amenities are better; with food and drinks, along with simply it just being a nice place to hang out and meet new friends. Our just to have a fun experience while taking in the Architecture

You have to set up an appointment to go to this location. They don't have all the device they advertise in store so they'll probably refer you to their website if you're interested in purchasing a customized device. Customer service experience was initially terrible but then my Tech service representative was switched and then he was able to help me fix my device to the best of his abilities but not to my satisfaction.
