Purchased a tube of toothpaste from here and when I got home I noticed it expired in 2008.. 14 years ago, when George bush was still president. ~Aiden
CVS Pharmacy
Truly the worst store on earth. Everyone from the employees to the shoppers hate being here, it is chronically understocked with basic things (e.g. toilet paper, advil, etc), the pharmacy takes hours most of the time, and even the automatic doors are broken half the time you go. Could not recommend any less - go to LotStop next door or the Walgreens up the block. ~Kevin
BOOKOFF 49 W 45th NY Store
Convenient location, not many stores left that sell dvds and encourage used book sales. Second floor has a large biography section with tons of great options. Easy to browse, staff helpful and doesn't bother book explorers. ~Naum

The UPS Store
Arrived at 2:00 on a Saturday. Sign on door says, “OUT TO LUNCH. BE BACK SOON. I waited at least 20 min after that. The hours on Saturday start at 11am and end at 5pm. This happened a couple weekends ago too. Are they that understaffed? Every weekday it’s been okay, but sometimes there’s a line out the door. ~Kavita
Staples
It's never really busy. It's best to come in the morning or late morning early afternoon. After school and work hours. The self help stations where the printers are can get busy. Overall friendly staff. I always come here for whatever paperwork I need printed, scanned, faxed, etc. ~Clxxx

Employees were super nice and helpful!! I'm from out of town, and I can assure you I have not had this customer service in any other store in NYC! ~Kayla

OMG! It's like a Saturday Night Live bit. The only way to garner any attention is to be texting the representative since they are glued to their phones even as they write up forms online...OK some people have the gift of mutitasking. I asked the front desk representative if I could have a tube shipped internationally. She said yes you could. I said Ok. She then said Do you want to ship this international? Huh? OK then I noticed that she was speaking to someone on her phone while questioning me in between pausing to have her conversation which seemed to be an interview for another job. I looked around and the place is a disorganized mess, and the other representative was on also texting on her phone. She then stopped taking my information and asked the other rep to cover for her as she needed a bathroom break...uh huh...the other rep rolled her eyes, and begrudgingly sauntered over, but a gentleman appeared from the back and took over. He was great and efficient and at least instilled a bit of confidence that my package would arrive at it's destination. The other rep never came out of the bathroom. Avoid it at all costs. ~William
United States Postal Service
Would be nice if the hours were consistent…on the website it says they open at 7am. A USPS employee walked by me and said 7:30am. They only open at 7am during the first week of the month. Would be nice for this to be posted on their website for the convenience of the customers. ~Deborah
