Michele is the epitome of excellent customer service. So far I can say this is the best customer service I have received ever. I wanted to buy one speaker but I ended up buying three and I'm extremely happy because Michele had the patience, expertise, and professionalism needed to answer all my questions and concerns and I was confident and comfortable to make the purchase. I called two stores before calling Michele and he was who I needed all along. Michele should be inducted into the Customer Service Hall of Fame. I called 5 minutes to his closing time but he had the time and patience to attend to me, going way over his working hours to make sure I was satisfied. THANKS MICHELE

The speaker I got and b&o is awful. Sound is fantastic, until it breaks into a horribly loud static… it’s unusable. The battery does not last at all either. B&o has not been helpful with returning this faulty speaker.
