Michele is the epitome of excellent customer service. So far I can say this is the best customer service I have received ever. I wanted to buy one speaker but I ended up buying three and I'm extremely happy because Michele had the patience, expertise, and professionalism needed to answer all my questions and concerns and I was confident and comfortable to make the purchase. I called two stores before calling Michele and he was who I needed all along. Michele should be inducted into the Customer Service Hall of Fame.
