The one state is for Joel's customer service . He forgot to call me back to let me know they looked at my struts . I only went in for my inspection sticker and brakes or oil change. I end up getting the bill nothing was said to me about other parts being installed on my Vehicale . I had to make small payments for the bill of 400.00 something. I even spoke with the owner about it and I said Joel never called me about these parts. She said he would not do that. I would not recommend this place.

Do not go here. They will try to scam you for charges that is more than what needs to be done. Also very hard to get an inspection PASS here. I took it here and failed and I didint even get the appropriate part fixed and went to another station and passed, they even thought I fixed the part. Its all a money grab and these guys are invested in it for sure.

I got into a small accident from the ice on the road and ended up stranded with my car half in the street. A nice man who stopped to help me said he knew someone at Knight Automotive, and came back with Joel who was able to use a jack to get me out of the street (working in the freezing rain!) After his kindness, I brought my car to be worked on at Knights and I couldn’t be more pleased. The estimate given was accurate, and nothing could beat the friendly service. I will not be bringing my car anywhere else from now on!! I thank Joel for his help and his amazing customer service!

Good place for repairs. Former Chevrolet dealership. We purchased a used Ford fusion there and have been very happy with it. Joel, the service writer works hard to make sure repairs are done properly and the customers are happy. I have several vehicles and I've been taking them to the shop for 10 years now and have been very happy with the quality of service. Occasionally if something was wrong they were very quick to correct it which is very important in the automobile repair business. Recommended

Inspection stickers take forever, 2nd time I've been here for inspection well over a hour each time and only had 1 person in front of me. Today I've got 3 people in front of me, I guess I've can cancel plans for the day

I had been looking for a used pickup truck for more than 6 months, that was in fairly good shape for under 15,000. I am puting a couple tho into it. 2010 dodge ram slt, 10 years old and it looked like it came off the show room floor. Best used vehicals I have found in south central Mass and north east Ct. Amazing! What service from these people. Great to deal with, helpful, informative. Our company did a large project last week and were there for chain repairs on saws, repairs to saws. They sell quality tools and you will be taken care of! Cars, saws, lawn mowers... go today!

Great people. Great repair prices. Vinny who works aside the garage is a straight-up guy and has helped me many times looking over my vehicle for free. Also, the garage staff mechanics have great attitudes and have done great work on my family's cars. I would definitely recommend them.
