Bought a Motorola Purge,it's supposed to be a gaming phone,less than two months old all my apps crash and they won't let me switch it out for a different one,so now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work the way it's supposed to,thanks for taking my hard earned money,you guys have just lost a customer whose been with you guys for awhile now,,,my suggestion guys and gals do not go here and give them your hard earned dollars they do not care what kind of garbage they sell you, I'll be going to Verizon

A friend of mine went there on Saturday because he had a question about how to use the phone he had and the person there wouldn't help him because he purchased the phone at the Worcester store the day before. He told him to go back there. That was very inconvenient because he had to borrow a vehicle to go back to Worcester.
