I went into the RAC southbridge location a couple weeks ago in search for a new bed and I was not let down. I received excellent service from Tim, Mateo, Dan, and Jeff! They are all super friendly and I had my bed along with a matching dresser and nightstand delivered and installed within a couple days. Super fast and friendly service! I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone as the best RAC in Massachusetts.

Worst experience ever. I signed up for automatic payments on their app because I work odd hours and cannot get to the store before the 7pm closing time to pay. App glitched, payments were never made. They call relentlessly during hours I am working but have no way for me to leave a message or send an email if unavailable during normal business hours. I work corrections. We cannot take our phones in the facility. No way to get back to them until after the store closes. My day off is Sunday, when the store is closed. I tried 3 times to set up payments online. I called several times and the phone rang and rang. Finally I gave up the merchandise just to not deal with the hassle. I can buy something elsewhere that diesndohsve scratches on it it been used by someone else.
