Toni helped transfer the data from my old phone to the new phone. She did some work on my iPad. And she picked out a phone cover & put a screen saver on the new phone. I was visiting NY and needed a local sim card for my iphone as the roaming rates from Europe were extortionate. Very helpful and friendly service from Xing who had the expertise to overcome a few technical bugs and sort me out. Would highly recommend! ~James

I wanted to write a review for the WONDERFUL service my daughter and I received today with Zeke and Manny. I've had pretty awful customer service with several AT&T stores in the past but today it was GREAT! Zeke spent extra time looking for the best deal and price for my daughter's new phone. Manny worked hard and fast setting up the phone and even gave me a new screen protector for my phone. The store was bright and newly renovated. So easy to pick up equipment on the way to an Installation. Didn't miss a beat. Better than waiting for a delivery and then simple to pick up extra resources if necessary... All on a Sunday. Not too shabby. Best day for a tech install (no encroachers). ~Jim

I went in to upgrade my iPhone to 13 Squirrel the sales representative walks past me greets the customer behind me and while I am waiting for someone to attend no one cares I go to a support he looks around asking if anyone is free apparently no one is free or interested. So he approaches Squirrel the rep and she says she is busy and greets another customer. Clear case of judging customer by the sales representative in my case it was Squirrel. I was a serious buyer and they lost my business ~Geeta

The best customer service experience ever!! I visited their store yesterday on 5/12 with the hope of buying the new iPhone 13 Mini. It was in stock, but for some reason (not the store's), I was unable to trade in my phone. That is when Rashima Dixon the Mobile Expert at that store stepped in! Because of her patience, diligence and experience, I am getting a new iPhone 13 (not the mini), Apple Watch SE and the $600 dollar trade-in value for my old iPhone 8 with just a monthly increase on my bill of $8!!
