The best customer service experience ever!! I visited their store yesterday on 5/12 with the hope of buying the new iPhone 13 Mini. It was in stock, but for some reason (not the store's), I was unable to trade in my phone. That is when Rashima Dixon the Mobile Expert at that store stepped in! Because of her patience, diligence and experience, I am getting a new iPhone 13 (not the mini), Apple Watch SE and the $600 dollar trade-in value for my old iPhone 8 with just a monthly increase on my bill of $8!! She is amazing! I can't thank her enough! Kenneth

Noemy helped upgrade to a new phone. She's very knowledgeable about all the promotions and even helped with transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone! Definitely recommend looking for noemy but everyone else in the store is helpful and kind too!

Horrible place to go. Illegally charges extra for payments and staff have no idea what they're doing. I came in to cut a sim card because I was changing phones, and not only did they claim to not be able to cut it but that I needed the account holder to be there (which doesn't even make sense). I literally then walked a few blocks to the T-mo on 23rd and 8th and had my sim cut on the spotand was out in 10 seconds. Don't go to this location Update: it's just as bad as before

Very helpful staff. They go above and beyond here if you need help. While the store manager helped me return a device (after canceling my service due to finding a better deal with RCN) the other staff members very compassionately helped a woman who was not the most technologically savvy set up a device that wasn't even on the same network. Very friendly here. Very cheerful. Kind and compassionate people that make me love NYC!

Rashima was such a wonderful worker. She went above and beyond to teach me about so tech stuff as well as helped me with my problem. The other 2 workers were very nice and helpful as well. They were all friendly and patient and knowledgeable. Ty guys... Hero's working during this Pandemic. I appreciate you.

Called in for a simple request since the customer care line does not recognize my number since it's a closed account. While the young lady was nice over the phone she only redirected me to another automative operator phone line that was quite pointless and didn't help me. Woud love to rave about this company since I'm familiar with its values in customer service but this is why I no longer rely on them as my phone service provider.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to wait a little but it was worth it bc they were actually helping and thoroughly explaining things to the customers. I was able to be helped by the mobile expert Katherine F. She was very knowledgeable about the products and even great at up selling a product to me that made sense with exactly what I needed and not what I wanted. The team members and her worked harmoniously together. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone looking for patient but quality service. Can get busy so be calm.
