So thoroughly satisfied is not even the expression I could say I am fully complete with especially the service Riley & Julio provided and the rest of the team at this location are also fantastic I think this team in the store deserves a lot of recognition from regional management or any form of corporate management as a customer my needs were met and I was only given the best advice possible for my phone products phone service and customer experience they were in detail and I look forward to really utilizing them at this AT&T location for all my needs and if there’s anything else I can do to stretch my enthusiasm about my experience I will for these amazing employees

Julio was amazing. He solved a problem in 5 minutes that the Apple store and 2 AT&T phone support reps could not solve in 4 hours. Highly recommended!

Incredibly rude sales staff on afternoon of May 12. Misled me about prices and roped me into paying extra fees. Then they insisted it was my fault for not understanding their convoluted payment structures. Eventually I got a refund, and when I left, they told me that Verizon across the street would be no different. Jokes on them, Verizon was completely different! No hidden fees, lower price for the same data package. Lesson learned: go to Verizon. Don't deal with these bozos.

Our favorite AT&T Store! The manager, David, could not have been more helpful. Not only did he and his staff quickly resolve our issue, but he also took it upon himself to review our plan and found us a much better deal saving us $30 per month! Could not be happier and I highly recommend this place conveniently located near Grand Central Station! Thank you!
