Toni helped transfer the data from my old phone to the new phone. She did some work on my iPad. And she picked out a phone cover & put a screen saver on the new phone. I was visiting NY and needed a local sim card for my iphone as the roaming rates from Europe were extortionate. Very helpful and friendly service from Xing who had the expertise to overcome a few technical bugs and sort me out. Would highly recommend! ~James

I wanted to write a review for the WONDERFUL service my daughter and I received today with Zeke and Manny. I've had pretty awful customer service with several AT&T stores in the past but today it was GREAT! Zeke spent extra time looking for the best deal and price for my daughter's new phone. Manny worked hard and fast setting up the phone and even gave me a new screen protector for my phone. The store was bright and newly renovated. I’ve dealt with sales people before and they’re always pushing products but Adi is very easy going he explained what I needed and actually saved me money from buying an overly priced new case. He just put on the old iPhone 8 case on my new iPhone SE and it worked ! This guy is definitely looking out for his customers and building long term relations. Definitely an asset for AT&T. ~Steven
