Anan was very helpful via phone and very professional in person. He went up and beyond to assist me with upgrading my phone, placing my screen protector and advising me on the benefits of my account. It was definitely worth the trip to the city to see him and purchase my phone. I would suggest coming to see him any time as he is VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Was surprised at how quick and seamless and amazing my experience was. I lost my phone and needed help setting up a new sim on a friend's borrowed phone. Anan helped me set up my phone, contacts, apps and data plan and even threw in my new SIM card for free. And all this in under 15 minutes. Thanks for your amazing service and patience Anan. You are a true professional.

I’ve dealt with sales people before and they’re always pushing products but Adi is very easy going he explained what I needed and actually saved me money from buying an overly priced new case. He just put on the old iPhone 8 case on my new iPhone SE and it worked ! This guy is definitely looking out for his customers and building long term relations. Definitely an asset for AT&T.

Such a great AT&T store! I received excellent communication and support from Adi, the Sales Expert who assisted me when I visited about a problem with my voicemail setup. Adi was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and got me the tech support that was needed to fix the problem. It was a really pleasant experience. If you're looking for AT&T help or information, I would definitely recommend visiting this location.

Went in there for a new iPhone 13 mini. Ended up getting a free bill review and an unlimited plan for cheaper than what I was paying before. These guys are pros. I have other AT&T closer to me but I will definitely give my business here when I need anything in the future. Adi and Anan definitely looks out for the local customer.

Adi was very helpful. He works with my school students (NYU) and helped me with a student discount that I didn’t even know existed. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained all the charges and gave me his business card so I can reach out if I have any problems. I saw him help another customer so I can tell the local people loves him. I will stop by for sure to get the next iPhone or even just to say hi! 5/5

Came to the store to buy a new phone and Adi actually helped me realize that I have insurance on my device ! Ended up getting AirPods Pro, a case and tempered glass ! Saved myself a grand on not buying a new 13. Adi actually looks out for the locals and doesn’t sell you on unnecessary stuff. This will be my go to store for cellphone from now !

I was having problems with my XS Max so I came in on my lunch break and worked with a gentleman named Anan, the experience was excellent. He got me an amazing deal on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and accessories. He thoroughly explained everything to me and so I knew exactly what to expect. He also went over my plan with me and helped me save money so the new phone kind of pays for itself! He got me in and out of the store in 30 minutes including transferring all my data for me! Customer service was amazing as well.
