I was visiting NY and needed a local sim card for my iphone as the roaming rates from Europe were extortionate. Very helpful and friendly service from Xing who had the expertise to overcome a few technical bugs and sort me out. Would highly recommend!

I went to the at&t store on canal street. At first I was skeptical on what to expect because I was with my phone company for a long time and was reluctant to switch but after being assisted by Matt the manager and mike the customer rep, I felt much more comfortable. They were able to explain every single detail to me which meant a lot because I ask a lot of questions. The staff that was there that day was super helpful. One of the female staff tried to help me find a phone case (I really appreciated that). Overall I was very pleased. I ended up switching over to at&t. What did it for me was the staff memebers at the store. They care, they were super patient, and they gave me a few good laughs too.

I had a great experience at this ATT location, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable . Angela helped me out setting up my new iPhone and assisted me with some issues I had on my account. I left the store very pleased and I will certainly be back in the future .

Vincent was beyond fantastic! Not only did he assist me with my request but he also answers several questions with ease and politeness. I felt comfortable with asking more questions and he gave me his card to come back anytime. Today, it’s rare to experience this level of extraordinary customer service and Vincent allowed me to still believe that people can still be helpful and kind. I hope he is on the promotion/management track because every store, not just att, needs a Vincent.

I had a great experience at this store. I went inside the store to see if i am qualify for a new phone and was offer great promotions which helped me in getting a Christmas present for my family. The rep Jack and Parry was very helpful to me in setting up the phones and transferring my information over. Overall great experience.

If you stop by this Canal St. Store ask for Brain. Brain is the Best this store has to offer. I worked in the neighborhood for 15 and a half years and spent many hours in this store. I've seen a lot of staff come and go from this store. I no longer work in the area but I still come back for Brian. Brian is knowledgeable, patient, and Polite, and he's been there for years. My mistake: I was so excited about the Note 10 plus I ran to the store on the weekend. I had a horrible shopping experience with one sales representative I shall leave nameless. I purchased 2 Samsung note 10 plus and accessories. This rep played around with the Note 10 plus with out having any real knowledge of how to set it up. A whole waste of time. I called for the manager. The manager took over entered me in to that At&tv. I got billed while sitting there and didn't realize what was going on. I had already mentioned that I had the direct tv on my phone and dont want it, dont watch it, and already get billed for that. This turned into a whole mess. The first nameless rep put a new code on my new phone without telling me. And he had since left the store while I was trying to get the assistance of the manager. I was kicking myself for not originally coming back while Brian was in. I returned to the store for Brian's help the following week. Brian set up both my devices effortlessly. While I was with Brian I purchased a Samsung View 2 tablet. At the time the View 2 wasn't advertised in the store. That's what I mean by good Saleman. Brian has never missed informed me or bamboozled me in to contracts that others have done and still try to do. I love how he's straight forward and honest. And I especially love that he knows me as his customer. The Samsung View 2 was an excellent purchase. Best tablet I've ever owned. Much better than the original view. I'd vote Brian for manager but, I never want to see him leave.
