I was very pleased with my experience. I was greeted upon entering the store and at checkout. I also heard the staff greeting clients as they walked into the store and at check out. Moreover, the associates offered assistance and I observed them helping other customers requesting help. The two persons that assisted me were welcoming and very professional. The man that checked me out was knowledgeable about the sales and return policy and provided me with excellent customer service. He made my return such an easy process. So did the woman that was working during the same shift. She helped me carry my items to check out. Both were nice and friendly.The check out process was quick and easy, despite there being others in line. The store was clean. They also provided socks to try on the shoes and had hand sanitizers around the store and check out area. I am pleased and happy with my purchase. Overall, I do recommend this store to others and would frequent it again.

Had a bad experience here and won’t return. We entered to the store Sunday right after they opened, a young lady was polite and welcome us and tried to help in the best way possible but, in the other hand when we were ready to pay another lady was at the register that claimed to be the store manager. We saw a sign at their counter saying they offers discounts to nurses and I am a nurse. So when asked for it she said no since I have to show the badge physically and I explained no nurse carry their badge except when working but, I tried the best way possible to explain to her and showed pictures of myself working, the actual badge and even my license! And she said no, she needs the badge and she has an aptitud that basically showed she didn’t care and it is what it is, not even an alternative explained in others words she doesn’t want to help.

Always get my work shoes here. They are a bit expensive but well with it. I prefer the memory foam soup slip resistant. They are very comfortable and durable. Customer service is great also

Too bad. Very expensive after their 20 % discount for a shoe. Robbing customers well. Bad quality. Same shoe was available in Ross for half the price. Very bad customer service. I asked for help. No sales staff to help customers. I will never come to a Skechers again. You just lost a customer.

Clean store! Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great selections to choose from. Great sales are the time I came in. They didn't have the size I wanted so they placed my order to shop to home and it was a very easy process. I will be back to get more of these super comfortable shoes!

Shoes is definitely comfortable to work. They need more style now. And the worker in there need to improve customer service. One woman on phone was helping while other worries what the employee handling the situation but not helping a customer in front of her. Not smart.

This store and sketches company are the worst business that I have visited in a long time. The wide fit / extra wide fit selection is unbelievably limited. I wear wide and extra wide shoes. All of the multi colored standout/pretty shoes / sneakers are only in comfort fit. None of the multi colored beautiful sneakers/shoes are in wide / extras wide fit. I spoke with two female employees on different occasions about the limited and poor wide / extra wide selection that the store and sketches company have. All 3 of us were in agreement the sketches company appeared to carry the ugly unattractive styles in wide / extra wide. Appears to be quite discriminatory!!! Please stock all of your store with the same beautiful multi colored attractive shoes/sneakers in wide / extra wide, like you do for regular / comfort fit ok. Don't discriminate!

Not a very helpful staff. Sale prices were decent. Cute sandals. The sneakers I wanted weren't out in my size. Staff acted put out to check in the back. Sorry, next time I will take my $200 purchase elsewhere.
