Worst Rainbow to ever go ! The cashier stole my wallet after leaving it on the counter. The store manager was in on and once asked about the cameras stated, " The air messed up their cameras yesterday ". Common sense tells you they took my wallet mall security even ran the cameras back to their entrance and said no one came in after us or left after us. Then the lady had the audacity to slide my chase card at the liquor store ! I guess she needed a drink of how nervous she was from taking it . Don't ever shop here they will not have the integrity to even give a customer back their personal items as if they do not care about their job ! They obviously didn't have any fear since the store manager didn't do anything about it and covered up the fact as if their cameras were not working . WARNING do not shop here ! They shouldn't be in the Altamonte mall after all of that . They make Altamonte look bad ! If I could give 0 stars I would give negative but you have to hit a star to post a review ! I wan't corporate to reach out to me regarding this matter.

They have added more Plus size clothes so now I can actually give a rating. The staff is a little sullen but they are customer service so it's expected when dealing with the public all day.

The customer service is terrible omg there was a pair of pants on the clearance rack it was the last pair with no price tag on it i asked the sales girl and she said it was the last one so the other sales girl found a ticket on the floor which said $17 on sale but the original price was $17.99 I asked was she sure she gave me so much attitude that I put back every thing I had and left the store I know those pants were less then they said never again

This is now the second time I've come in and the second time the employees are just flat out rude. They were having a full blown conversation as I sat at the register ready to checkout. When they finally acknowledged me and went to check me out she continued her conversation with the other employee who was on her phone. Is a hello too much to ask for when I'm spending money in their store?

The store was clean, the sizes in the store can range to a 4x, and the dressing rooms are now open! My friend and I loved shopping there.

I find it absolutely annoying that you can only bring in 3 items at a time and then to grab your other items you have to get fully dressed and go back out to the registers and grab another 3 of your items and then you’re locked out of the room waiting for a rude lady to let you in. It’s so inconvenient as a customer. If you’re going to have such an annoying policy, at least have one of your workers hand you your clothes so you don’t have to do all of that back and forth nonsense.

Rainbow is a pretty cool shop, but their clothes run small, I wear a 2x/3x and I tried on some 3x clothes and none of them fit what so ever! Great styles but definitely not for plus sized gals

The store space was very small which made it seem as though everything was very crammed and crowded. Actually, come to think of it, all Rainbow stores seem to be very crowded and difficult to navigate as you add more items to your pile and additional shoppers fill the store. The prices weren't too bad. Unfortunately, the Altamonte Mall location is no longer open so anyone hoping to shop at a Rainbow store has to either head closer to Orlando or back towards Sanford.
