Best shoe store in Altamonte Springs, Florida (FL) 2024

Cool cool vibes and newest skateboard selection always!! I go out of my way to stop here because the store manager Matt makes me feel like a homie!!! Best customer service EVER!! You gotta stop and shop here! 100% recommend going in and hanging out :) ~Bobby

I recently just called the Altamonte store location to find out about exchanging a pair of shoes that I had purchased in March before the Covid pandemic. All of the stores started shutting down and it was not safe to be traveling to large locations such as the mall during these times. I have only worn the shoes twice, they hurt my feet extremely bad and caused my toes to become numb. Something was not right about the shoes. I paid $120 for these brand new shoes, which have only been worn twice. They are brand new. The woman I spoke to you was extremely rude and had an attitude, basically telling me that it’s been past the 45 day allowance and they would have to inspect the shoes before allowing me to exchange them. I explained that it’s been past the 45 days because of the Covid pandemic and not feeling safe to travel until now. I think that that’s my right. I will be going to the Sanford champs location instead, which is where I purchased the shoes from originally, they were extremely nice to me and explained they would be happy to exchange the shoes anytime. I don’t know who this woman was working at the Altamonte store at this time, but she needs to learn some customer service skills. I won’t be going to that location ever because of her. I imagine during these uncertain times, any store located at a mall needs all the customers they can get, but a bad attitude from an employee will not help your sales. ~Jennifer

Worst Rainbow to ever go ! The cashier stole my wallet after leaving it on the counter. The store manager was in on and once asked about the cameras stated, " The air messed up their cameras yesterday ". Common sense tells you they took my wallet mall security even ran the cameras back to their entrance and said no one came in after us or left after us. Then the lady had the audacity to slide my chase card at the liquor store ! I guess she needed a drink of how nervous she was from taking it . Don't ever shop here they will not have the integrity to even give a customer back their personal items as if they do not care about their job ! They obviously didn't have any fear since the store manager didn't do anything about it and covered up the fact as if their cameras were not working . WARNING do not shop here ! They shouldn't be in the Altamonte mall after all of that . They make Altamonte look bad ! If I could give 0 stars I would give negative but you have to hit a star to post a review ! I wan't corporate to reach out to me regarding this matter. ~LaLisa

Store shows it’s age. Definitely in need of updates. Carpets could use a cleaning in the least and better yet they should be replaced. The lady that worked there and assisted us was very kind and pleasant to speak to. ~A2Z
