Best womens clothing store in Altamonte Springs, Florida (FL) 2024

Cool cool vibes and newest skateboard selection always!! I go out of my way to stop here because the store manager Matt makes me feel like a homie!!! Best customer service EVER!! You gotta stop and shop here! 100% recommend going in and hanging out :) ~Bobby

I like this store, but today I'm unhappy with them. I live in the other side of town and it takes me over half hour to get here. I came to return some items I got and they only give you 7 days to do it, and they had a sign today saying they were closed.(I couldn't find they announced this on their FB page, I don't think they did). I told the lady who was nice to talk to me that I'm going to be out of the country soon and every night I have plans of preparation (it's a last minute trip), and asked if they couldn't accept my return today, if they would be able to accept the return after I'm back and she said no. I just think that if they're close on a business day they're usually open, and someone comes from far they could have some grace on them, and in my case, at least accept my return knowing that I was here before the 7th day, but they were unexpectedly closed. I have a Clothes Mentor 10 minutes from home, but I like to come here because the store has so much variety. It's just sad to me that they don't have good customer service and make an exception when I clearly came before the 7th day with the clothes and the ticket. :( ~Gina

Worst Rainbow to ever go ! The cashier stole my wallet after leaving it on the counter. The store manager was in on and once asked about the cameras stated, " The air messed up their cameras yesterday ". Common sense tells you they took my wallet mall security even ran the cameras back to their entrance and said no one came in after us or left after us. Then the lady had the audacity to slide my chase card at the liquor store ! I guess she needed a drink of how nervous she was from taking it . Don't ever shop here they will not have the integrity to even give a customer back their personal items as if they do not care about their job ! They obviously didn't have any fear since the store manager didn't do anything about it and covered up the fact as if their cameras were not working . WARNING do not shop here ! They shouldn't be in the Altamonte mall after all of that . They make Altamonte look bad ! If I could give 0 stars I would give negative but you have to hit a star to post a review ! I wan't corporate to reach out to me regarding this matter. ~LaLisa
