I went to sell my clothes and they offered me 9 dollars, they were never used and with tags. I’m sorry but that’s not right! But you will sell it back for much more😂 I took my items back I rather donate them. Oh and when you go to Once Upon a child they will pay you much more, and that’s kids clothes. I went there before thinking they would change but nope! Won’t ever step into this store!

They are really expensive. I sold some bags and clothes and they gave little to no money for them. And when u purchase they are all above 12-15$ everything even the most used ones

I like this store, but today I'm unhappy with them. I live in the other side of town and it takes me over half hour to get here. I came to return some items I got and they only give you 7 days to do it, and they had a sign today saying they were closed.(I couldn't find they announced this on their FB page, I don't think they did). I told the lady who was nice to talk to me that I'm going to be out of the country soon and every night I have plans of preparation (it's a last minute trip), and asked if they couldn't accept my return today, if they would be able to accept the return after I'm back and she said no. I just think that if they're close on a business day they're usually open, and someone comes from far they could have some grace on them, and in my case, at least accept my return knowing that I was here before the 7th day, but they were unexpectedly closed. I have a Clothes Mentor 10 minutes from home, but I like to come here because the store has so much variety. It's just sad to me that they don't have good customer service and make an exception when I clearly came before the 7th day with the clothes and the ticket. :(

Wish they carried cuter clothes in bigger sizes, but not much you can do when it's used clothing! Staff is kind and accomodating

I enjoyed my shopping experience today at this Clothes Mentor location. In addition to finding some really great items in their Winter sales event, I also found the staff's manners courteous and affable despite the high volume of customers in the store. It was an overall pleasant experience and I will definitely be visiting this location again!

This place is great! They have great prices, smiling faces and lots of sizes. As a transwoman shopping for clothes can be kind of difficult. But Clothes mentor has lots of options sizes and great prices! Their staff is sweet and accommodating and are always willing to help. I am very comfortable shopping here and I WILL be back. They have a lot of clothes and styles to choose from and its not hard to get a full outfit for a good price. (The whole outfit in the picture, dress shoes and hat, only cost me $22.37)

I haven't been there since the new store re-opening. I have some items to sell, but I'm kind of skeptical about taking it there. The last time I went to sell, they offered me $7.00 in total for a dress and a brand new pair of boots that had never been worn. I felt so insulted. I'll give them another chance, but if I go back and get low balled again, I won't be back. I will gladly donate them to Goodwill.

I came in to clothes Mentor for the second time and was helped by Ms Nicole, the assistant store manager. She was overly welcoming and very understanding and patient with me. She made my experience worthwhile and was very professional as she deserves her position and her attitude and her spirit makes me smile.😊. She is definitely one of the main reasons I will be back to clothes Mentor!

Love this store!! I’ve visited several Clothes Mentor stores (including GA and TN), and this one is by far my favorite! This store is beautifully decorated, well organized, clean, and always has a great selection of merchandise including beautiful jewelry, lots of designer handbags and wallets, shoes, boots, belts, scarves, hats, sunglasses, not to mention tons of clothes: ladies tops, pants, leggings, dresses, jackets, activewear, even bathing suits. The quality is excellent with many choices in a wide range of sizes. I especially appreciate the outstanding customer service this store has consistently provided. Jo is a wonderful store manager, always attentive to customer needs, and her staff is excellent. Hailey recently assisted me, and she was so warm, friendly and helpful. I also sold some of my designer handbags (Dooney, Coach, Patricia Nash, etc) & made over $600 cash! Clean out your closets, ladies, and earn cash on the spot. This store is so pleasant and professional, you’ll be amazed it’s a consignment shop! Top quality for sure! I’d honestly rather shop here than a department store. Well worth a visit & you’ll get such great deals! Can’t beat it.
