Avoid this place like the plague it is!!! If I could give it fewer stars, I WOULD!!! How do you like coming to a service and being left for dead, ignored. It wasn't just me either, EVERYONE was getting the same treatment. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Avoid this location if you can, customer service has taken a hit you have to get loud to get the attention of someone. Way under staffed. Even if you have an appointment expect to wait maybe and hour after your appointment. I ended up leaving as they were taking too long

Quick and easy. Staff was nice and concise, phlebotomist was even nicer. I dont get why this place has bad reviews. I had an appointment the and I showed up on time so idk if that had anything to do with it. I wouldn't recommend doing a walk-in for any blood work place considering how packed these kinds of places always are.

They really need to update the hours of operation on their phone message. Please do not be confused when they say they are open from 7 AM to 3 PM. They only do pre-employment drug testing from 10 AM to 2 PM. You will wait there in the morning for hours for no reason other than they are too unprofessional and lazy to update their recording. I tried to say something to the front desk employee and she couldn’t have cared less.

Each time I come to this location it’s a horrible experience. They really need to fire the lady at the front desk. I wanted to yank her thru the window. Not only did they skip over me and another lady that was waiting there for 2 hours. She had the nerve to blame us for living out of the waiting room which we never did. I will never return to this location again.

Wow, just wow. Check in at the station and you’ll be told you will receive a text when they’re ready for you. Not true. Waited over an hour, no text. Went back inside, waited over 15 minutes to be seen at the window , people were upset requesting their IDs so they could leave. Employee told me to sit and wait, and asked why I left after signing in… their sign says limit of 8 people inside, and there were more than 15 people inside at a time. If my employer didn’t send me here, I would’ve left. They don’t speak English and tend to serve Hispanics faster than others cause it’s easier for them to communicate.

Terrible customer service, I understand that it can get busy or hectic but as soon as I walked in the door to ask a question whether walk ins were accepted the Hispanic lady at the front in the little window didn’t even look at me or said good afternoon back or acknowledge, she just just nod her head while facing elsewhere. People have no professionalism even at work. Who hires these people? We are still costumers and humans at the end of the day.
