100% fraud company!!!! Stole my money then told me I wasn't in their system so I couldn't get my lab work done. After sending me a bunch of emails conforming my appointment, lab work and charging me. Worst customer service! The lady on customer service told me she couldn't help me and was going to transfer me to someone who could and then disconnected me. Called back again told me they couldn't help me so I asked for my money and back she hung up on me..... Wasted my time and money... 0 stars.....

Went in to get blood work done and a very nice lady attempted to take my blood. I have hard to find veins. She didn't have any luck with it and called the other lady over to find a vein. She put a mask in front of me and said sweetie you need to put on the mask. Then she found a vein but but said it was deep and was poking around. I had to remove mask as my anxiety attacks and difficulty breathing started. She said I had to put it back on. I won't be going back there!
