100% fraud company!!!! Stole my money then told me I wasn't in their system so I couldn't get my lab work done. After sending me a bunch of emails conforming my appointment, lab work and charging me. Worst customer service! The lady on customer service told me she couldn't help me and was going to transfer me to someone who could and then disconnected me. Called back again told me they couldn't help me so I asked for my money and back she hung up on me..... Wasted my time and money... 0 stars..... ~Kellen

Janet is amazing!! After 27+years of MS my veins have been damaged greatly due to medication treatments, making blood draws a nightmare. It is more common than not for me to get 3 sticks, each with a bit of "digging", 2 to 3 phlebotomist before success. Janet got me first time, no digging. This is made my entire day!! She is also very pleasant to speak with during the draw. ~Jill-Anne

I am a new patient to this practice and have seen both nurse practioner's, Ashley and Amanda and I cannot say enough nice things about the care they have given me. Since switching to Nature Coast, I have had some unexpected health issues, and they both are very detailed in ordering diagnostics for me to find out what is wrong and calling me right away to let me know my results. They both go above and beyond and to me that shows they truly care about me as a patient. The check in and check out process is organized and easy. Overall, all the staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been amazing. ~D
