I bring someone here regularly for routine labs and have for over a year. They are in a wheelchair. The outside automated door has *never* worked (push the handicapped button, door opens). Really expected better of a medical provider.

Janet is amazing!! After 27+years of MS my veins have been damaged greatly due to medication treatments, making blood draws a nightmare. It is more common than not for me to get 3 sticks, each with a bit of "digging", 2 to 3 phlebotomist before success. Janet got me first time, no digging. This is made my entire day!! She is also very pleasant to speak with during the draw.

Deborah was the absolute best!!! I’m a hard draw. She really listened to my concerns and adjusted what she needed to based on my situation and it was pain free!!! She was kind, professional, and was so delightful!!! I will be going back there for sure!!

The person working this morning had a "cant do" attitude. I had my doctors orders on my phone but was told it was not sufficient as she had to scan it. I asked if we could just print it out and she sarcastically responded, "do you have a printer?" I understand that there may have been a requirement to have the paper document I just did not appreciate the sour attitude. I wont be back.

I am a super big baby when it comes to needles but I must say the women who took care of me this morning made the experience so easy snd ever so painless.... she was great, wish I would have gotten her name to shout it out but im sorry I didn't. My visit was on 3/11 at 7am when they opened. I was there snd back home within 20 minutes.....Thank for starting my day on an exceptionally great foot....♥️♥️
