We went through drive for a 12 piece bucket and never were we asked what type fried chicken we wanted. When we got home and found the worst fried chicken ever. So disappointed when we were so looking forward to some good fried chicken. Sad.

It took forever to get our dine in order. I asked for real butter for our biscuits, was told that they were out of butter and honey. I heard an endless loop of “Sorry for the wait” and “We’re out of….”. Ladies restroom was nasty.

I can't say much about this place. The times I went were just after 4pm. Dinner time for the kids. They didn't have any chicken cooked nor did they have any chicken sandwiches available. I even went back a week later thinking that it was just a fluke. To my surprise nothing changed. Once again they didn't have any chicken ready for the dinner hour or any chicken sandwiches. They told me it would be forty minutes. Wow, considering KFC, invented the pressure fryer to cook chicken quickly, I was quite disappointed. Forty minutes. That is sad. Apparently the management did not care about service. I suggest you don't go here at lol. You will be disappointed. Go to Publix, their chicken is much better anyways. Disappointed twice. I will not be going back to this place again.

Terrible service at this KFC. Rolled into drive thru, not busy but was mother's day. Ordered 12 piece meal. Was told there was no chicken made at 11:30? Told us it would be 15 min and they were completely out of biscuits and wanted to sub with cookies. So we wanted 15 min and they came out and told it was going to be another 15 min? There was only two people who had showed up and one car in the drive thru. 40 min later I decide to go in and they were bagging it up, no sorry and then after we get home we realized they didn't give us a large mashed potatoes and no cookies. What a joke.

Pretty sure I got someone's returned half eaten meal today. Just got home, looked in box, biscuit bitten into, chicken tender bitten into, no fries so I assume they were eaten already. Receipt also says 2 honey mustard yet I never order any sauce and did not receive any sauce. Gave the $10 meal to my dogs, wasn't going to eat someone's half eaten food. I couldn't understand the guy taking the order, he was laughing a lot, I turned off my vehicle and repeatedly said "Im Sorry what did you say?" I was very nice, the guy was nice, I just couldn't understand. I pulled up to window and said, "im Sorry, what did you say" and was instead handed my food after taking my card. Maybe this had something to do with the food being half eaten and fries missing, not really sure what went wrong but not ordering here again.

My husband and I came in with four grandchildren. One tripped outside on the parking lot as we walked in. A young man came running with a cookie and a Band-Aid for her knee. The food was excellent it was hot delicious from everything from the chicken to the biscuits delicious. The staff is amazing and helpful and eager to serve. We really appreciate it or stay for dinner and can't recommend them enough. Outstanding place to eat

As for a local family restaurant, as I walked in the door. I was greated with a friendly welcome to KFC from the staff. I noticed the restaurant was very clean and well kept. From the floors, counters to the tables. The Cashier that took our order was very attentive and made sure that my order was correct and complete with what I ordered. The drink station was very clean and the drink, I poured was cold and refreshing. Moving on to the food. The food was hot, fresh and well made. Not overcooked or undercooked. And the restrooms are very clean and well stocked. So as to my opinion, this KFC restaurant gets a thumbs up for quality, cleanest and a quality customer service. Would return to this restaurant without a second thought. Thanks, Mr Rollen

You’re better off getting fried chicken from Publix or Winn-Dixie. Citrus County has the two worst franchises. They do not cook the chicken all the way and easily get diarrhea. The employees don’t make it any better with there miserable faces and bad attitude’s. KFC is good but not here in Citrus. Stay far away!! You been warned.

My husband and I came in with four grandchildren. One tripped outside on the parking lot as we walked in. A young man came running with a cookie and a Band-Aid for her knee. Chicken is dry , macaroni is too saucy , and the price of chicken for 10 piece is $30 are you kidding! I'll never go there again the food is just bad. I believe that in the near future .. KFC,will be replaced with different fast food Business,mark my words..

The lady whom is manager is not very nice. Locking out customers and turning them down with only 2 customers eating inside and not much drive thru action. Worst chicken ever! 30 dollars and this is what you get missing sides and small old chicken. Manager wouldn't even take responsibility or fix the issues. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant.
