Had a good experience dining here. The place wasn’t too crowded and neat and clean. Food was hot and crispy! Took off 1 star because the place is freezing and hard to dine inside. Food got cold pretty fast.

The team was too rushed. The minute she took my order I felt like I was being rushed through an ER. Received order and the water tasted badly. Had to throw it away. No straw and no napkins. I intended to eat while on my long journey. I couldn't so then resorted to Chic-fil- a. Got Bottle water, Straw, napkins and even sauces which were all left out at Popeyes.

The buns of our sandwiches tasted cold and spongy. The chicken itself was lukewarm. We have had better experience in other locations. Judging by freezing temperatures I would say the owner never visits.

Some good fried chicken at Popeyes it's good but the red beans & rice do not taste the same missing a couple of ingredients and the biscuits just don't melt in your mouth like it used to but the chicken is still good.

Line wasn't on a long hold I did a mobile pick up order. The Mac n cheese that came with my meal was half full and half of what was in the container was hard cheese so I only had a couple pieces of macaroni in the container which is inconvenient cause of the fact I was upcharged for choosing mac n cheese cause it's now a premium side but barely got anything in the container like literally 10 or less macaroni pieces in there.

Very clean location. Good hot food and the staff knows what they are doing! Whenever I’m in this part of town I try to stop for chicken.

I also love this location and go through the drive thru only however, if your going to charge $2 more for chicken then pay your workers $2 more to serve it! No reason this hard working people can’t get more money for their labor. They’ve always been nice and have gotten my order right. Pay them more!

I love this location! I’ve never been to the store itself but I always order thru the app! And let me tell you every time something went wrong with my driver the customer service I got from this place is/was a 10/10 especially from the managers. I really appreciate this place

Ordered online and they completely forgot the chicken sandwich in my order. Also they gave me the apple pie instead of the strawberry pie that I ordered. On top of all this, the worker gave me attitude at the window when I asked for sauce. 0/10 nasty place

Worst Popeyes ever!!! customer service is the worst and lobby was closed for some odd reason… they were not letting nobody in and told us to go to the drive thru …after waiting 1 hour my order was wrong….. unbelievable
