Had to pick up a diverted package that required a signature and ID. The box looked banged up and they said their UPS system was down but I could just take the box. So I don't know who to be displeased with auto parts or the UPS driver who only stopped by my house 1x to try and give me this irreplaceable item. Nick was the only nice person I spoke to on the phone.

Lorenzo installed new wipers for me during the last hour of the day in the middle of a Florida tropical storm. He and his coworker were both taking turns running out into the rain to go the extra mile and do wiper installs for multiple customers, including myself, and didn’t seem to mind one bit. Both gentlemen were so knowledgeable and friendly! I’m glad these are the people working at my local auto part store.

DON’T go to this location! They are lazy and refuse to help. I literally just left, so whichever male employee is there Wednesday at 9:00 am is the most demeaning, uncaring, and unfriendly employee! I asked for help to know which battery I needed to buy for my dead car key. He wouldn’t assist me in any way but was then rude about it also! I will never go back! Miserable staff!

I stopped by to have my battery tested. I was immediately greeted by Orville upon entering the store followed by the quickest battery service I’ve ever received. He was exceptionally helpful and so very polite! I would go out of my way to go to this location versus the one closest to my home..
